Beautiful and comfy!
The bed was SO comfortable I slept very well. The staff were all very friendly and we felt at home in all our experiences on the resort. The lagoon is unlike anything we have ever experienced and it was sooooo wonderful and gorgeous. Everything is truly beautiful and I loved hearing the birds throughout the resort.

Grand Hyatt Kauai – 4.5 Stars
We stayed as Globalists and were upgraded to a second-floor ocean view room. The view was beautiful, and the balcony was spacious—great for sitting out and taking it all in. The room was very clean and comfortable, but it could use an update in terms of decor and finishes. Lounge access was a nice perk. It had both indoor and outdoor seating with breakfast, snacks, and light bites served throughout the day. We mainly used it for breakfast and drinks, and it was always convenient and relaxed. The pools and beachfront area were the true highlight. The lazy river and multiple pool zones made it feel like a top-tier resort. The only real downsides were how long the walk could be from some parts of the hotel and the fact that the rooms feel a bit dated. Overall, it’s an excellent property and probably Hyatt’s flagship in Hawaii. 4.5 stars—just shy of perfect with a few updates needed.

Best vacation ever!!!
The staff made my wedding and honeymoon a magical dream come true!!! An experience that we will never forget. We were treated like royalty everyday for a week. Top notch resort with top notch staff!!! ❤️ We will definitely be back because of them.

Landscape is Great, Hotel is okay, needs facelift, Lots of walking!
The overall resort was great and beautiful landscape. The average room is dated and needs a renovation. My friend had a suite and it had been remodeled, it was beautiful and well worth the money. However, the average room costing $1,200/night, isn't. Staff was great, but lots of walking on this resort and this is coming from someone who is in shape, young, and workout 4-5x week. I couldn't bring my parents here as there is way too much walking to get from point A to point B.

Amazing Trip
Loved the resort. Kauai is amazing. The hotel was excellent. We were traveling as a couple, and the adult pool area was unique and beautiful. Excellent space for kids of all ages as well. Would definitely visit again, and would have no problem bringing the whole family.
