Stayed here in years past and had a nice time but I had a stay booked for Sept 7-9 that the manager refused to rebook or refund despite Hurricane Lowell. Really irresponsible behavior from the hotel management telling guests fine to arrive when hurricane warning in place. I will never stay at this resort again.

Wonderful place. Beautiful hotel, beautiful location. Friendly attentive staff. Best brunch in Hawaii. Two pickleball courts. Pricey, but you get a lot.

You have to see it to believe it
A great place for families of all ages with sprawling and expansive grounds there is something for everyone. We loved everything about the property, and will be returning.

Exceptional!
Our experience at the Grand Hyatt Kauai was exceptional in every way. Attentive staff, thoughtful room details, delicious food. There is no detail overlooked. We will definitely seek out Grand Hyatts when we travel.

This property is a huge luxurious resort. Plan to walk great distance from your room to restaurants and main lobby! Nice breakfast buffet is served. Room was clean and bathrooms huge. Large walk-in shower with attached lanai. Staff was friendly with helpful suggestions on navigating the property.
