After a long time, I can finally say I’m really happy with a Hilton stay. I was warmly welcomed by Alberto at the front desk — super friendly and helpful. He even gave me a great view of Disney Springs, which was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel felt great. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and I’ll be booking this hotel again next time I’m in the area.

Dirty rooms! We were with a dance convention and multiple people in our group had dirty rooms. The mattress protector sheet was covered in pee stains!!! We had a wine bottle left from pervious guest. We had a smashed raspberry on the carpet. The dust everywhere was bad. Other people in our group had a leftover water bottle in their room. Someone else found pills on the floor of their room.

Great stay!!
We thought this was a great hotel if you are visiting Disney World. You could even see Epcot from our window. Family room was huge. Shuttle to and from the parks and Disney Spring that went like clockwork. Super friendly staff at breakfast. Amazing pool.

Great property Great staff, GREAT STAY!
We just finished a two day stay at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace and found this hotel to be fantastic. The check in was extremely fast, the staff was quick to load our luggage and bring to our room. Very friendly attentive staff throughout the hotel. The pools were very very nice, the lazy river was very relaxing. We dined both nights in the "Letterpress" restaurant and had a great meal both nights at a reasonable cost. Our room was nice with a balcony viewing the Epcot fireworks at night. If i had to make a complaint it would be 1) the walk from the self park parking lot is just ridiculous, they should have golf carts to drive people up to the hotel and that includes HandiCap persons who would have a really difficult time getting to Lobby as it is up a hill even after climbing 3 flights of stairs. gotta do better there Hilton. That is the only complaint i can come up with. I highly recommend this hotel

The greatest Hilton!
Our favorite Hilton in Orlando, both for business and family vacation. Management and entire staff are like family to us. There’s not enough space or enough words to share the appreciation of this property for their hospitality, kindness, and customer service.
