Rediscovering Resorts World
We recently stayed at Conrad at Resorts World, and honestly, if it weren’t for our host, Erno, we probably would not have chosen to stay at Resorts World. We had visited Resorts World years ago when it first opened, but never really had a reason to go back. Erno was previously our host at Palms and recently transferred to Resorts World, so we decided to give it another try — and we’re really glad we did. The rooms were a great surprise. They felt updated, were very clean, had beautiful views, and really had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself also left a much better impression on us this time around. Erno has always taken great care of us, and his level of service and personal attention made the transition an easy decision. Having a host who already knows us and makes sure we’re taken care of makes such a difference. Overall, our stay at Conrad gave us a completely different impression of Resorts World, and we can definitely see ourselves returning. A big thank you to Erno for making us feel welcome and giving us a reason to rediscover the property.

ALWAYS check your receipts - they promise credits they don't give. They don't follow Hilton's policy and allow credits to be applied to taxes, fees, and gratuities... check those receipts! As a diamond member of Hilton I was not impressed with the Conrad. The hotel is nice enough. Nothing special for this area. Location is OK - not in the mix of things but not terribly far away. Service is meh for a very expensive place. Very average.

Service Poor
My experience at Resorts World Hilton Las Vegas was mixed. When I checked in, the service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional, helpful, and made the check-in process a great experience. I booked one of the best rooms available on the 56th floor, so I expected the room and amenities to match that level. Unfortunately, the room did not have a coffee machine, complimentary water, a sanitary kit, or even a menu for ordering from the hotel kitchen. There was also no clear information in the room showing the hotel amenities, restaurants, shops, or services available. For a hotel and room at this level, those are basic things I expected to have. The most disappointing part was checking out. The front desk employee, Lucas, was very unprofessional and rude. He did not seem interested in helping at all and gave the impression that he did not want to be there or assist guests. When someone works at the front desk of a major hotel, customer service and professionalism should be a priority. The excellent service I received at check-in was unfortunately overshadowed by the lack of basic room amenities and the poor service I received from Lucas at checkout.
