Lovely elegant traditional hotel. Situated close to all tourist sites. Clean comfy rooms . Breakfast is very good. Staff are lovely. Rossinni rstaraunt is elegant and food top class. Only down side is beds are a little soft but that personal taste and tea and coffee in room missed being replenished . But thats me as an avid tea drinker. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel
Lovely traditional Hotel. Great decor. Rooms clean and comfy. Rossini restaurant great for food and service. Staff here are lovely . Bar staff great. .ideal for all tourist attractions.

honestly don’t understand the hype around Quirinale Hotel. From the moment I arrived, it felt like style was prioritized over basic comfort and service. The room looked nice in photos, but in reality it was impractical, poorly maintained, and nowhere near as comfortable as advertised. Cleanliness was questionable, and small issues added up quickly.

Classic Rome accommodation, great location
We had a great experience at the classic historic Hotel Quirinale with our family. We loved the interior decor, and our two rooms were very clean and comfortable, with sizable bathrooms. The location is excellent – within walking distance of many attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain which we did on foot. Plus, there are great restaurants and shopping nearby. And a must-do gelato spot next door on the corner. Breakfast each morning provided plenty of variety - important when travelling with teenage daughters. Lots of public transport close by if required. Here's a tip for anyone using the bus - be sure to validate your bus ticket when you get on the bus, or you run the risk of a sizable fine from the Rome bus inspectors!

I woke up every morning with my face swollen while staying in this hotel — something that has never happened to me before. The room clearly triggered an allergic reaction, likely from dust or unclean bedding. As soon as I left, the swelling disappeared. The cleanliness and air quality in the room were unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel.
