We enjoyed our stay at the resort. Big shout out to our server at the beach, Alfredo Martinez. He is very attentive and friendly and provided great service. We also loved the bike tour organized by Daniela from the entertainment team.

We have been to Secrets Maroma and Secrest Akumal and this resort has been the worst! If you are thinking about booking this place, do NOT! A winter storm is hitting where we live and our flight was canceled. I called this resort since we are here right now in room 2545 and explained about the severe weather home and our flight on Sunday was cancelled. The lady on the phone told me to screen shot the lowest price I found to extend our stay by another night and show it to the front desk to get it price matched. I did this and went to the front desk and spoke with Aldo. Aldo gave us the most expensive price possibly after explaining our situation. I told him about the phone call and he said they do not price match at all. My wife is 28 weeks pregnant and he saw us in a tough spot and wanted to price gouge us as much as possible. We will NEVER be back to this place. There is poor pool service, our trash stacks up everyday , waiters barely visit us to ask if we need anything and the wait for more drinks takes forever. PLEASE PLEASE take our advice and try another resort!!! Aldo is the rudest person ever and preys on pregnant women to gouge you on the highest rate possible.

My Experience at Secrets Moxche
My experience was amazing I had the preferred club ocean view and I would say that preferred club is worth it. I loved the rooftop restaurant and pool. The view from up top was well worth it. I loved the restaurants on the grounds especially the french restaurant Bisou and the seafood restaurant Seasoul. Both places had an excellent menu and food was full of flavor. The Mexican restaurant made the best drink of choice for me which was the French 75

Will certainly be back
This is our second Secrets resort and it did not disappoint. The place is beautiful and there is not a grain of sand out of place. The pools are amazing - there are so many it would be hard to use all of them. The meals were all very good. We ate breakfast everyday at the buffet and everything was cooked to order if you wanted. Each restaurant had a many choices. Bisou - was amazing.

Great Option in Playa Del Carmen
Excellent resort. Grounds were great, food choices and availability were awesome. We did the preferred club but I would not do it again. It is not worth it.
