Axel, Gabriela, Miguel, Monica, Ary Best couple experience we have ever as a vacation. The entertainment team is the best in the business. Pool Volleyball was great during the day, the team really makes people get involved and takes you out of your shell. The shows at night the crew makes you feel special by giving you prime seats and even bring you up on stage. In a time when the service industry is struggling, this entertainment crew goes above and beyond at Secrets Moxche.

The resort is lovely. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of five was that the evening entertainment and the bartenders at the pool were not as lively and engaging as we have seen at other Secret resorts I would definitely recommend Secrets Moxche and one concierge, Noe, will brighten your stay!!

Don’t waste your money on the Swim up pool rooms the bushes around the pool block all the sun from coming during the day and cause of the bushes lots of mosquitoes around the pool and in room due to the bushes and raccoons in bushes and come on your patio area. Have to make multiple requests to Staff to have things sent to room or done. Pillows are rock hard so will have a sore neck in morning. 3 station Buffet is open for breakfast and 2 stations for lunch no buffet for dinner. Hotel staff refuse to give you shots saying management rules no shots your in Mexico on vacation to enjoy you need some shots to let loose.

Mostly good
All in all I found the Moxche reset to be a mostly very good experience. The at the restaurants was good, the buffet was what you would expect in Cancun, and the service was on the upper end of what I expect in Mexican all inclusive resorts. To be honest, I would have said my stay was 5-Star great except for one experience. While at the resort, I lost my AirPod pros at the lagoon. I think they fell into the dirty towels. I asked about them with the resort and they said they always search all towels before laundering. The resort even tried to help me look for them, even going through my room even though I knew exactly where I lost the AirPods. I even filled a report with security for a lost item. To shorten my story, my iPods showed up on my phones FindMy app at a house in Mexico a half hour from the resort. I let the resort know where the iPods were and they said they wrote it down. Over the next three months, I kept pinging my iPods and they were roaming around Mexico. In the end, after exhaustive phone calls and emails to the resort, Moxche said they interviewed the staff and nobody has seen the AirPods. This is even though I kept telling them exactly where the AirPods were. I guess, in the very end, my frustration was not that I lost the AirPods, but more the tremendous headaches and frustration with simply trying to get in contact with the Moxche resort and then the lack of effort they put into helping me and, at the very least, simply calling me back. Because of my stolen AirPods, I won’t likely go back there again. So sad

10 days was not enough!
I had a great time with the Entertainment team! Especially with Ari, Monica, Axel, Christian, Sergio and Gabriela. They made sure our trip was fun and very entertaining. We’ll definitely be back!
