We had an amazing time at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana! The resort was beautiful, with stunning beaches, lovely surroundings and a fantastic holiday atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially Nicholas who works on the sharkys pool bar and there was plenty to enjoy throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to relax, soak up the sunshine and make some wonderful memories. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing Caribbean getaway. We would love to return! 🌴☀️🍹

It is worth noting that the staff always aimed to provide good service; however, I found issues such as the limited food variety and small portion sizes in certain restaurants to be unfair. I also felt that the quality of the activities detracted from the overall experience, although the paid spa service was a highlight of the hotel. Regarding the VIP Club, however, it seemed unreasonable to be charged for using the daybeds located within that area; while a charge for beach beds might be understandable, the fee for the VIP Club beds felt unfair. Overall, we rate the stay as poor and substandard compared to other accommodations, as the experience failed to meet even the minimum expectations.

Go experience & have a great time! You won't regret!
The hotel location is only 20 mins from the airport. When you arrive the staff is very helpful and friendly. Your bags are brought up to your room while you enjoy a drink or get something to eat. We were upgraded to VIP for a great price and the room was beautiful. There was a full size jetted tub, walking shower, a sitting area, wet bar, and a balcony. The pool view was pretty and I could hear the waves at night. It was very peaceful at night when I sat on the balcony. The resort was very clean and everyone was so pleasant and spoke to you! I went with my spouse for our baby moon! He really enjoyed the all inclusive drinks and I enjoyed the all inclusive food! The nighttime beach party and fire dancing acts were also great bonus. The only downfall was the ocean water. Due to construction the water is brown and smells near the shoreline. We didn't and wasn't able to go in the ocean. The pools were good including swim up bar but the VIP side that I was on closed at 7p which is too early. Overall a great time and I will be back.
