  Trip Gone Bad at Resort World

  I am returning guest and this was my worst experience ever staying at resort world I was minding my business gambling then got approached by security was wrongfully accused of harassing guest they refused to give me an apology said it was protocol as I got upset the guy then called over more guards including the head boss Clifford who didn’t like my tone got defensive marked me as trespassing never asked me if I was a guest of the hotel kicked me out at 4am refused to let me speak to management tried calling the next day was told there’s nothing they can do and I have to send an email I WILL NEVER STAY AT RESORT WORLD AGAIN!!!

  Extremely Poor Customer Service and Problem Resolution

  Terrible experience with the staff. There was an issue with the sensor on my room door, and I was unable to get into my room for more than two hours. This caused me to be late to my event at the Sphere. I immediately informed the person at the front desk, but they completely ignored my situation. They said they would send someone from maintenance, but no one ever came. I had to go back down to the lobby, and the person assisting me continued to ignore my case. They simply told me that there was no one available to help because “everyone was busy.” I spoke to another staff member, who spent a considerable amount of time going into a room to speak with the manager. The manager never came out or even bothered to apologize or speak to me directly. Eventually, someone from “guest services” came up to my room but was unable to help. They then called maintenance, who also spent more than an hour trying to open the door without success. Eventually, another person had to come, and this continued until I had lost a significant amount of time. I made it clear from the very beginning that I was in a hurry and had an event to attend, yet the situation was handled extremely poorly and caused me to arrive late. Despite everything that happened, I was not offered any compensation, and the manager NEVER came to speak with me or apologize. The way I was treated as a guest was extremely unprofessional for a hotel of this caliber, and the way this problem was handled was very disappointing, especially for Hilton.

  Resorts World- Disappointing Stay

  This was my fourth time staying at Resorts World, and unfortunately, this stay was a pretty disappointing experience. We left the room for a day to have it serviced and came back to find that the restroom had been mopped, but the body wash had not been restocked nor was the bed made with clean sheets. I called the housekeeping department to ask for body wash as it was my biggest concern and was told that it would be replenished, but it never was. The biggest issue, however, was getting stuck in the elevator on the 27th floor because the key-card system apparently lost power. The doors would not open, so we had to call for assistance. After eventually getting out, we had to walk down to the lobby and then wait another 30 minutes or so before receiving help. It was a very frustrating experience and not something I expected during a stay at a property of this caliber. On top of that, we were placed in a room directly near the elevator, and the noise was extremely noticeable throughout the day and night. We could constantly hear the elevator going up and down, which made it difficult to fully relax or sleep. Overall, this was by far our most frustrating stay at Resorts World. After staying here three previous times, I expected a much better experience. Hopefully these issues can be addressed, because unfortunately, this visit left a pretty negative impression.
