    Lovely holiday

    Had a lovely time at the the playacar ,the room was nice and clean,bautiful beach food was nice,only down side is there is no air con in bar areas.

    Great holidays in Mexico

    I have to say that rooms where very clean and restaurants as well, the staff in general were very polite and helpful. The only thing I would point is the lack of air condition in lobby or in the front bar.

    All in all a very good hotel Check in was quick Rooms were fine with plenty of space Only about 50-% capacity tho Best restaurants Italian Steak Asian Mexican even tho in Mexico was very disappointing also was the buffet for dinner only visited both of the above once All bars and bar staff excellent they work tirelessly to keep it spotless At 1 point tho I thought I was back in Cuba they ran out of captain Morgan spiced rum Would I come back yes I would as like I said the place is spotless Please make the Mexican 🇲🇽 restaurant more authentic Mexican food Mexico people are one of the friendliest in the world See you soon Riu hotels

    Lovely Independence Day

    Another really good stay at Rui playercar. Claudia and her team did a lovely celebration for Independence Day. Great keep fit and a wonderful massage with Bernard. All the staff are as exceptional as ever!

    Excellent in every way

    Loved this hotel! First time in an all inclusive and the food was fantastic as was Nestor , our waiter. Would fully recommend this hotel, quieter than the sister hotels . Special praise for Bernie , who ran the entertainment. He was excellent!
