  Promotional package "not a timeshare"

  We were offered some massages if we attended an hour and a half presentation and we did. Very informative, great package, etc; however the salesman (Guillermo "top seller") discouraged me once he mocked my husband's age "doesn't have many years left" "He could die, but you can still take advantage and travel." "Why would you marry him, he could be on his last days"; somewhere along those lines. Regardless, his demeanor at that time made me very uncomfortable. I should have chosen my words wisely and stopped him at that time. There were coworkers including his manager who were in the room, but never said anything OR they didn't hear...hmmm? Anyways, it was that same attitude and disrespectfullness that stopped us from making that purchase

  A True 5☆ Getaway

  My Family and I visited for our third time - we love it here. The people are amazing, everyone greets you and is extremely helpful ensuring you have the best possible experience 😀 The resort is so clean and constantly being maintained to look it's best. The food is exquisite and there is something for everyone to enjoy no matter your taste. You can enjoy a variety of relaxing or more physical activities, or simply rest and enjoy whatever you choose to do. Definitely recommend checking out the local wildlife which it's possible to see around the resort in such beautiful surroundings. Big shout out to all the amazing team, including Mini Mi on entertainment, Alexander, Mary and Alcidez in the Coco Café, Angela, Yomeira and Jojo and our butlers Leonardo and Alexis and too many more to mention! Truly an 5☆ experience!! Hopefully be back soon 🙏

  The resort is beautiful and the service was excellent! Loved Maria and Esperanza at the preferred pool and our butler, Darling! Can't wait to go back again!

  Honeymoon Experience

  Our stay at Secrets Cap Cana was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. We loved everything about this resort and will 100% be returning the next time we visit the Dominican Republic. **Location – 5/5: ** The location is absolutely beautiful. Cap Cana is an incredible area, and the resort itself feels like paradise. From the beach to the pools and the grounds, everything was gorgeous. **Atmosphere – 5/5: ** The atmosphere was perfect. It had the right combination of relaxing and fun. You could spend the day relaxing by the pool or beach and still have plenty of entertainment and things going on throughout the resort. **Rooms – 5/5:** Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was exactly what you would expect from a luxury resort and made coming back to the room at the end of the day just as enjoyable. **Value – 5/5:** We felt like the entire experience was absolutely worth it. Between the quality of the resort, food, drinks, entertainment, amenities, and especially the level of service, we were extremely happy with what we received. **Cleanliness – 5/5:** The entire property was extremely clean and well cared for. Our room, the pools, restaurants, bars, common areas, and grounds were all kept in excellent condition throughout our stay. **Noise Level – 5/5:** We loved that the resort could be lively and entertaining during the day while still being peaceful and relaxing when we wanted it to be. We never felt like noise was an issue during our stay. **Service – 5/5:** This is where Secrets Cap Cana really stood out. The service was exceptional, and there are several people who deserve special recognition. **Danny** provided exceptional pool service. He was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we were taken care of. He made our days at the pool even better. **Mini Me and John Cena** were UNBELIEVABLE with the entertainment! Their energy and personalities were awesome, and they kept us laughing and having a great time. They were easily one of the highlights of our trip. **Helen** was such a great bartender. She was always friendly, welcoming, and took great care of us. We loved seeing her and getting drinks from her throughout our stay. And a huge shoutout to **Phillippe**, who was the best butler we could have ever asked for. He went above and beyond for us throughout the entire trip and made sure everything was taken care of. He was attentive, helpful, and genuinely made our experience even more special. We could not have asked for a better butler. **Amenities – 5/5:** The pools, beach, restaurants, entertainment, and everything else the resort offers were fantastic. There was always something to do, but it was also easy to just relax and enjoy the property. Overall, Secrets Cap Cana was a 10/10 experience for us.** The location, atmosphere, rooms, cleanliness, amenities, and service were all outstanding, but the people are what really made this trip special. A huge thank you to Danny, Mini Me, John Cena, Helen, and Phillippe for helping make our stay unforgettable. We absolutely loved Secrets Cap Cana, and there is no question that **when we return to the Dominican Republic, we will be staying here again.** We already can't wait to come back!
