The experience we had with Ramon was amazing he was very professional and answered to every need and question we had the dinners he book for us was great and so was the food. The shows he told us about were great he also made sure our room was well stocked with water and snacks

Edwin Reyes Made Our Stay – 5 Stars
Edwin Reyes was the highlight of our stay and gets 5 stars from both my wife and me. From day one, Edwin was attentive, responsive and genuinely cared about making sure we were enjoying our vacation. Whenever we needed something, he was there, and he consistently went out of his way to make things easier for us. My wife and I travel quite a bit, and you remember the people who genuinely make a difference. Edwin is one of those people. He takes pride in what he does, represents the resort extremely well and absolutely deserves recognition for the service he provides. We also want to recognize César from Concierge, who was always friendly, helpful and great to deal with. And a big thank you to Juaquin, Manuel and Carlos behind the bar. Great service, great personalities and they always made us feel welcome. They were a big part of the good times we had throughout the week. Edwin Reyes was the standout and absolutely earned our 5 stars. César, Juaquin, Manuel and Carlos also deserve recognition for helping make our vacation memorable. Thank you to all of you for taking such great care of us.

Great Service!
Had a great experience at Royalton Bavaro thanks to our amazing Butler Edwin Reyes - he was there to help us out along our entire trip and he made everything we needed very easy to attain. The resort is currently under renovations so they have rolling closures of restaurants and pools which was easy to navigate around. The overall food experience was below expectations, especially at the Hunter restaurant, we don’t recommend it. However the Marche buffet restaurant was great everytime we went in. Plus, there were daily cookouts by the pool side that provided some great options including tacos, paella, bbq, etc.. There are some incredible bartenders around the various pool areas: juaquin, manuel and carlos were all amazing and did an incredible job every single time they served us. The beach was amazing, crystal clear and clean - one of the best we have been to. Book this place for the lazy river or swim out pool alone, it’s definitely worth it! If you get the butler service, be sure to ask for Reyes!!

I had a wonderful time getting away on a solo trip! The weather was beautiful, the sun was shining, and the drinks were flowing. ☀️🍹 A special shoutout to my butler, Albert, who was absolutely amazing! He was always available and ready to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. His attention to detail and exceptional service truly made my experience even more enjoyable. It was the perfect getaway, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed!
