    Really friendly staff, great food and a lovely location overlooking the bay. Had a lovely St Lucia breakfast served by hostest Shellann, excellent food and excellent service. A nice touch at the end, carrot cake, thanking us for choosing this restaurant.

    A Day of Bliss at Zoetry in Marigot Bay

    Today, my husband and I took a break from our adventures on our boat and opted for a day of luxury at Zoetry in Marigot Bay. It was a delightful escape filled with relaxation and to fun. We reached the destination by 10:45, perfect timing for breakfast. The rest of the day was spent lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, swimming, mingling with other vacationers, and delighting in refreshing poolside beverages. The staff's exceptional service truly exceeded our expectations, with each member going out of their way to ensure our happiness and comfort. Our visit to St. Lucia will forever be colored by the unforgettable memories created at Zoetry.

    Holiday from Hell

    We had booked this holiday through BA and have been very disappointed at the level of the hotel being advertised. Since arriving at Zoetry we have had nothing but disappointment from customer service to food not being of standard. There is no urgency in responding to customer service. This cannot be classified as a 5 star hotel as it offers a potential 3 star service. Complaining about following issues which should be addressed and resolved by BA before selling this hotel as 5 star rating. We have had the following issues: - messed us around on our room quality and told that next day would get a better room of same standard to which we were very disappointed as room was at back of hotel with no view and much smaller. We lived out of our bags for 2days due to this incident. - response time to getting anything asked for was over 2 hours to possibly next day. Our safe was fixed 24hrs later so had to carry around valuables for this time. -water leaking in the bathroom due to heavy rain has no urgency to be fixed. Had to use towels all day to mop up areas. -food ordered for breakfast/lunch/dinner takes over an hour to arrive and often right orders not received even though they are writing it down. - sewage drains smell outside the restaurant makes it a very uncomfortable experience while eating. -a lot of facilities have been shut down due to weather and are stuck in room. Surely gyms, spa facilities should have been open to access. No umbrellas available to use to move around either DO NOT BOOK! Waste of money

    Great Service and Views

    Great service and food. We were in St Lucia during July 2024 and stopped at the Hurricane Hole for a late lunch. Erika was our server and took great care of us. We enjoyed our meals and the beautiful views. I’m glad we stumbled upon this nice little spot!
