  8 out of 10, due to the hassle of dinner reservations, no dinner buffet, and sweating while you ate

  The food was excellent. The resort was beautiful. The rooms were a little to warm for me. There are no ceiling fans in the restaurants, which sucked for the outside restaurants when there wasn't a breeze. No buffets for dinner. The dinner experience was a nightmare everynight if you didn't make reservations, and since there wasn't a buffet for a dinner option,,, that stunk. We didn't make reservations because we didn't want to leave the pool area if we were having fun....... When we did try to make reservations, it wouldn't be available until 9 pm. Waited 1-1.2 hours at Ember, several steaks were extra money...... and was told an hour.... after 1-1/2 hours we went back with our beeper, and he said another 30 minutes. We left. It was 9 by then, and we wanted to see the show. Pools are amazing, ambience is gorgeous. Drinks were great!!!! It would have been nice to have live music at the main pool or rooftop pool, or 70's music or something. The beach area was so nice, but due to the seaweed, not their fault, it made the water look brown....

  An Amazing Experience at Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen

  My experience at Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole resort had a relaxed yet luxurious atmosphere. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning pools, amazing restaurants, great entertainment and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the quality across the different restaurants was impressive. What really stood out for me was the level of service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and their attention to detail made the experience feel genuinely special. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully maintained, and the resort was spotless throughout. Whether you want to relax by the pool, enjoy great food and drinks, or simply switch off and enjoy a luxury getaway, Secrets Moxché delivers. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and memorable holiday in Playa del Carmen

  Secrets Moxhe An Awesome vaction

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Secrets Moxché! From the moment we arrived, everything was beautiful, relaxing, and beyond our expectations. The resort itself is stunning, with gorgeous pools, beautiful beaches, and incredible scenery everywhere you look. The staff truly made our experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food and drinks were excellent, and there were so many great options to enjoy throughout our stay. What we loved most was the peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. It was the perfect place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy some quality time together. Every detail made the trip feel special, and we left with wonderful memories that we will cherish. We would absolutely recommend Secrets Moxché to anyone looking for a beautiful, upscale, adults-only getaway. We can't wait to return!

  Highly recommended!

  Absolutely loved our experience here! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the entire place was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We'll definitely be coming back again and recommending this place to family and friends.

  It's not really worth it

  The entertainment team is wonderful; they do their best to ensure you have fun, but the pool staff is very aggressive and mocking. I asked for a non-alcoholic margarita for my pregnant wife, and the waitress, Rosa, replied that such a thing didn't exist. The bar staff, however, is very attentive. The next day we went to the other pool, and the staff there was a bit warmer. Not everyone provides the 5-star service the hotel advertises; the food isn't that great, and the air conditioning doesn't work. It’s a shame it’s not the same as it used to be. My wife and I chose this resort based on friends' recommendations—including specific employees—but most of them no longer work there. We were looking for signature drinks from a bartender we’d been recommended, only to be told he no longer works there. The room was good, though, with a beautiful view. When you weigh the price against what the hotel offers... It’s not worth paying that much.
