    Sandra, Miguel, Axil, Sergio, Gabby, and the entire entertainment team was unbelievable and made our trip so much fun. Can truly say they became our friends and we look forward to coming back and hanging out with them again.

    We had a great trip to Moxche. Great resort, clean beaches, friendly staff, great food, and amazing air conditioner in your room. If you come, find Gabriella from the entertainment team. She will make your trip. 100 times better.

    Preferred club is well worth it!

    Beautiful resort. Very clean and they think of everything to make your stay perfect. Did not enjoy the pressure to do the Impressions tour. Especially after we told Geoff "noooo" (multiple times) his friendly demeanor changed greatly. Shows are very lacking...probably the lowest quality that I have seen at a resort. They really need to step up that aspect. Roof top pool was amazing. Food was very good. I purchased jewelry at the jewelry shop and after wearing the ring one time...two stones fell out. Currently speaking with them trying to get a resolve. Their first response to me was we make no warranty's...I'm like unacceptable after wearing it one time...stay tuned on how that turns out. Overall very nice resort and I will go back again.

    Mediocre experience. Food and drinks were inconsistent, long wait at some reatraunts, even with reservations. Currently construction is happening next door, and unfortunately our balcony faced that way. Beach location was just ok, and the sunset was in front of the report, so never got to enjoy that.
