Sep 11, 2026Awful experience. Unaccomodating and rude staff!
Absolutely awful! We booked through booking.com. We flew overnight from Australia and arrived early in the morning. I had requested an early check-in and it was approved for 7 - 8 am. Getting to hotel we were told we could only check in at 3pm - a 5 - 6 hr wait. My husband has had 4 spinal surgeries and was in pain after sitting so long. We were warmly dressed coming from a cold Sydney and it wad hot in Honolulu. We were hot and exhausted. The staff were rude and unaccommodating despite our prior early check-in approval. We paid AUD 667 for 15 hrs of access to a one bedroom apartment as we left before 6.30am the next morning. Very expensive for terrible service!

Aug 28, 2026A very very average hotel with minimal Accor benefits
I stayed here with my wife for our 50th birthdays coming from Australia. A big mistake to stay at an Accor because they don’t provide any privileges. If I had known this I would not have stayed here. No in room dining, poor pool, very dated rooms. Really not at the level of an Accor.

This is a warning: Do not book this hotel through priceline or other third party systems.
Don’t allow third party booking if you aren’t going to update third party sites. I booked this hotel through priceline. When I arrived they did not have my reservation. When the front desk looked into they said that third party sites do not communicate with them. When I called priceline they said that the hotel over booked and didn’t tell them. Then the hotel canceled the booking from their end this morning-leaving me to have to fight with priceline for my refund. I’ve had reasonable stays at this hotel before but this total lack of accountability was unprofessional.

Nastiest hotel room I have ever been in
I did not choose to stay here. A medical emergency diverted our plane and the airline put us up here. Worst hotel room EVER (and I have stayed at Motel 6). The room was so small, we were tripping over our luggage and there were holes in the sheets. The deadbolt was broken and the two beds were completely different heights. It seemed like it was a closet where they stored their broken stuff. I know the airline probably doesn't pay them much, but they should be ashamed!

Choose the hotel for its proximity to shopping centre and it was certainly convenient. Decided to try the breakfast buffet which turned out to be so good we had it every day of our stay. The pool area was nice and the gym extremely well equipped. The room Was basic and clean and serviced daily. The shower was hot and the amenities provided very nice. Not a five star hotel but would definitely stay I. This hotel again. If you want to be in Waikiki this is not the hotel for you but for shopping and access to Ala Moana Beach Park it is ideal.
