We had an amazing stay at the Alexandra Resort in Turks and Caicos. Beautiful beach, great food, and wonderful service all around. A special shoutout to Cheeke—our entire group absolutely loved him. His energy, kindness, and fun personality made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I will start by saying the only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because of their sister property Blue Haven. I wish we had stayed there instead. Blue Haven was magnificent - friendly staff- beautiful grounds and amazing food. I will start by our first night there. Our room was on the ground floor right next to their entertainment. It was so loud that the walls were vibrating. With 2 toddlers it was impossible to get them to sleep. We asked to change rooms to a more quiet part of the property. They were kind enough to show us another room. When we walked into the room there were 2 employees sitting in there in the dark. No explanation was given. The staff member who was showing us the room said he’d make sure room was checked and cleaned before we moved in the following morning. Fast forward- next morning they tell us that room isn’t available. After repeating we were told that room was confirmed they agreed to give us that room. When we walked in with all of our luggage- we found open half empty beverages in our refrigerator. Not only that there were no amenities. No soap- paper towels or sponges in the kitchen. Closets had no hangers - tvs didn’t work. No pillows or blankets for the pull out bed. I will move onto the food. I don’t understand how anyone gave it a good rating. For the amount of money we paid-It was terrible- hard to find anything we could enjoy. We thought they had several restaurants. They have one outdoor restaurant and they change the name to whatever meal is going to be served that night. Again- every meal was subpar. Thank goodness we were able to take the shuttle to Blue Haven. It was like night and day- a completely different vibe. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We found the staff at The Alexandra to be so unpleasant and unhelpful. Last remarks- we chose this resort because we were told it was kid friendly. There was nothing available for the kids. The kids club was closed for renovations- we weren’t told that. The website showed a trampoline in the water. When asked we were told it broke. No shovels or pails etc for the kids to play on the beach. Blue Haven had all of that and more. Don’t waste your money at the Alexandra. Only go to Blue Haven.

Amazing experience overall
The most amazing experience especially with Cheeky, Rhazzor and Farrah made the experience amazing, would definitely come back
