Water Park
The most important attraction of the water park is the Tree House, a massive structure that gives access to a set of four slides which, varying in size and adventure, flow into a pool of 810m2 (or 8,718 sq. ft.). Decorated with symbolic animal figures native to the region, this platform also has a huge bucket pouring water jets 2 meters (or 7 feet) into the air, creating a stunning waterfall feature. The Tree House is suitable for children aged 8 years and above. Adult supervision is required.Located steps from the Tree House is our half meter deep wading pool conveniently designed with little ones in mind. With interactive games like jets, fungi and waterfalls, it is a space where children under 8 years old can play safely. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Great staff, but the property looks tired, it needs to be refreshed. Very small swimming pools considering the size of the property, the water park is very old, needs to be renovated.

Service was amazing. We loved Mario and Armando, they were super kind and helpful. Food was good and so were the drinks. Overall, nice experience.

Honest review of facilities and experience - Arrival - Friendly staff on arrival and check in. Immediately offered a room upgrade for $300+ which we declined. Room - Fairly standard room, which was run down a bit. Bedroom was fine, kitchen had sink and cupboards. No fridge, however air conditioning and ceiling fan functioned fine. Bathroom - run down which requires updating and certain aspects fixing. Shower would only run cold water. Food - Breakfast consisted of omelette and egg station, buffet style - mainly Mexican cuisine (fajitas, nachos, etc), porridge, lots of fruit, kids cereal and yoghurts. Lunch - similar to breakfast without the eggs/omelette. Dinner - choices were buffet with mainly Mexican cuisine, Italian restaurant (pasta and pizza) and Caribbean option too. We didn’t really use these as not for us. Pool - pool at hotel with a further pool if you stay in the rooms on the opposite side of the road. Cracked tiles on floor of pool and more 3 star expectations. Bar at both pools. Beach - Attached to main hotel was nice and kids enjoyed it. Waterpark - kids enjoyed this, has 3 slides and 1 out of order, pool bar and volleyballs/basketball court. All in all I would rate this as a 3 star facility but pleasant enough.

Great service at the bar
Service was good from Pedro and Jesus despite there's a shortages of alcohol options. They did delivered a great service.
