Diego was super fun and was very informative on the island and allegro culture. He was always so friendly with my kids and me. I felt incredibly safe traveling with my kiddos. Arby was always engaging and encouraging my kids to participate in the fun activities around the resort. His high energy and enthusiasm was desperately needed with two lazy teens around the pool. JD was always smiling and quick to help and answer questions we had. He was always super patient with them.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed Diego and the crew providing entertainment and games by the pool!

Amazing trip
Diego, with the entertainment staff was amazing, along with the rest of the staff. Rooms are not fancy, nice but very clean! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the beaches are great! Nice family atmosphere!

Great resort experience
The outdoor spaces of this resort are stunning. The service from all of the staff was great. There was a lot of variety in the food. Some of it could use a bit more flavor, but i definitely did not go hungry. Drinks were tasty and served quickly and efficiently. There was always something going on to watch or participate in and have fun. I would totally go back here!
