    Hungry wuda kill mi

    Its my worst experience ever.. its new but not up to date.. no elevator a lot of turns and stairs pools allthe way in the back old antique stuff all aroun as if a rasta person own it ykyk. Room was ok tv barely show any station fyi not a smart tv..and no food here no cook at allbut yet they are available for making breafast in the morning but as if kitchen close from 4 i guess.. other than that its close to everything kfc harmony park pelican porkpit doctorscave an so on.. would i come again no i wouldnt.. but yall can try it urself... and i know u guys will delete my post

    Great experience

    Comfortable and clean room. Affordable food , great tasting food and good portion size and nice menu selections. The staff was friendly and genuinely cared about your experience. Especially the reception staff that checked me in. Great service overall.

    Great rest at Altamont West

    I experienced a flight delay that caused me to get to Jamaica the morning after my intended arrival, so my trip didn't start well. However... When I communicated with the staff at Altamont West I received a level of empathy and communication that made it simple to adjust my reservation -- and when I did arrive, I was greeted with that same energy and a warmth that made me very comfortable to call Altamont West home for the few days I was there. Special big up to Daniek, Tashika, Tamika, Lyneeca (might be misspelling this one), Sheldon and Donovan. Nuff respect for the vibes!

    Altamont West

    Arrived ystdy and greeted by a woman on the steps welcoming us to the hotel. There was space to park in the car park at the front of the building. Danique at reception was vey cheerful and pleasant, lovely young lady. This hotel does not have any elevators but we were assisted with the suitcases up to our room. The room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet and peaceful. We were upgraded and very pleased with the room. Tea making facilities with a fridge and microwave. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a safe and cable tv. Breakfast was beautiful, plentiful and tasty. Marcia, our server gave excellent service with a smile and made us feel relaxed and welcomed. This hotel is in a good location and has a unique feel with artwork from around the world situated in all locations of the hotel. I have already booked my last night stay here and happy with my choice.

    Disappointed

    Booked with them due to the hurricane. They never sent a confirmation. I wrote them 2 times asking for a confirmation for following 2 days, no response. Finally they respond the day-of and said my booking is non-refundable! I had already booked somewhere else from fear of nowhere to go! Very poor customer service and values.
