  I loved this place that much ive booked to go back next year ❤️

  Hands down the best all around! I lived this place so much the day after I returned home I booked to return again next year for longer! You will not regret booking this place!!

  Wonderful Place to Stay - Near the Beach and Not Far from the Bus Station to Palma

  had a great time at Alua Calvia and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was and how clean the resort was. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. I upgraded to the Preferred Club because I wanted a quieter room, and it was definitely worth it. The room was great, and I really have no complaints at all. The breakfast was excellent, and I also enjoyed both lunch and dinner throughout my stay. The quality and variety of the food exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank Maria and all of the staff for making my vacation so enjoyable. Their hard work and excellent service truly made a difference. I will definitely be coming back next year! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

  Amazing lunches

  We have been here several times over the summer and hav had the most amazing good and service . The constant in our service has been Alex, who quite frankly deserves a medal or a pay rise🤣 he is accommodating funny and attentive . He Absalutly makes our day. Thank you s much for fabulous lunch time experiences

  AVOID! NOT a 4* hotel - terrible amenities, rude staff & ignorance of allergies

  I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent stay at Alua Calas de Mallorca Resort absolutely warranted one. Although the hotel markets itself as a 4‑star resort, it falls very short. On arrival, there was no assistance with luggage, and with the hotel split across two buildings, we watched several older guests struggle without any support. The check in from Sandra was absolutely awful, she was exceptionally rude at this point and also other guests complained about her attitude. I contacted the hotel more than a month before my visit to explain my allergy‑related dietary requirements. They acknowledged my email and assured me I would be looked after. This could not have been further from the truth. I was repeatedly told to “eat vegetables” for every meal, and the buffet had extensive cross‑contamination, making it unsafe for anyone with allergies. Attempts to resolve this were met with hostility, including being shouted at in a busy restaurant by the hotel manager Rafaella, which was both unprofessional and embarrassing. The problems continued throughout the stay. The Wi‑Fi in the room did not work at all, and once again, management showed no interest in resolving it. I have WhatsApp chat evidence documenting multiple attempts to get this fixed, all of which were ignored or dismissed. If you’re expecting a relaxing all‑inclusive experience, you won’t find it here. There is no poolside bar, food, or service. Guests must use tokens to collect a small plastic cup and walk to one of two indoor bars for drinks, the cups are disgusting and have a terrible smell to them. The “snack” option is simply repurposed buffet food—again, nothing suitable for anyone with dietary restrictions. Management consistently demonstrated zero concern for guest experience. Additional charges are everywhere: €20 deposit for a pool towel, plus a fee to have it refreshed A daily charge for the in‑room safe A charge to obtain a kettle for the room The rooms also are very basic I travel frequently, including to remote destinations worldwide, and hotels consistently make genuine efforts to accommodate dietary needs. The level of ignorance and indifference shown here was astonishing. If you have any dietary requirements, or if you want a genuinely relaxing all‑inclusive holiday, avoid this resort completely.

  October getaway

  Was advertised as beach hotel but all I found was cliff edge, fresh salad about your best option for vegetarian food, indoor pool not in use which was a shame as it was the selling point to us for this hotel, but for the week we were there it was fine to just sit by the pool very quiet
