  Great apartments, lovely holiday.

  We have just returned from a fabulous 11 days spent here. Its a lovely complex but after reading some other reviews I had been worried so I'll try to provide a balanced review. Firstly pros. The apartments are situated in a great location. I have mobility issues but they were perfect for me to get to where I wanted. There are a lot of steps though so if you need ground floor book a 2 bedroomed as they are the only ground floor apartments I believe. We found our 1 bed (room 3066) spacious, clean and quiet with a beautiful view over the garden. It was perfectly located between both pools and for access to the waterpark. It was cleaned everyday and towels and beds changed when requested. There's a card system for this and each time we used it, it worked perfectly. Kitchen was really well equiped and we were provided with a small pack with washing sponge and liquid which was a great touch. The air con was a life saver and is easy to use. We had a couple of ants but nothing more than to be expected in Spain. The pool area was lovely. The best thing for us was that there were no sun lounger wars. You could turn up at the pool at anytime and get one. This meant we didnt have to rush getting up. Sometimes we were at the pool at 9.30, sometimes 10.30 or late afternoon and never struggled to get a space. There is another pool across the road which is also lovely but very deep so we tended to stay marina side. All the staff we came across were lovely. Friendly and helpful. Cons. Apartments are dated but this didnt bother us too much as its only a base after all. If you have 5* tastes though this isn't the place. Inflatables and the pool. These aren't suppose to be allowed. However the lifeguards aren't consistent with this which resulted in a huge row when one lifeguard tried to enforce it which was really unfair on him. There's a young lifeguard who spends more time chatting to the bar staff than actually watching the pool. This life guard was the one allowing inflatables and its awful trying to enjoy the pool when its rammed with large inflatable donuts. Also there were so many times kids were running around the pool and nearly falling in when he wasnt watching. Ee paid 12 euros each one morning to try breakfast (we were self catering) The experience wasnt the best and you can get a much better breakfast around the Marina for less. All in all these are great little apartments. If you go with the right expectations you won't be disappointed. We will definitely return again.

  Great location, great staff members rooms could do with a little updating and some shade on accommodation balconies or terraces.

  Great location

  Nice place. We went self-catering but ended up eating 13 nights out of 14 as the kitchen is small and there is no oven - just a microwave. Great location though, and we loved the quiet pool. Close to a small waterpark and easy to get the bus to Ciutadella. Book boat-trips before you go if it's busy season.

  Perfect location stunning area , hotel needs updating rooms not the best , Grounds beautiful , food was good but kept running out of plates and drinks machine in the morning kept over heating ,

  Fantastic apartments

  Lovely apartments, fantastic location. The buffet breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. Free waterpark with your stay aswell so we got plenty of use out of that. Always sunbeds when you went to the pool area aswell. Staff are fantastic aswell. Will definitely return
