Prepared to be treated like scum

We walked to both beaches and were told …. “You can’t have a beach bed or shade as the we’re too busy”… total rubbish and unwelcoming … there were at least 40 beds available. We sat there on sand for several hours and none used …not welcoming, nor commercial …don’t go to ther beach unless you are prepared to be treated like scum. We were also heckled by the stall owner staff and told to lie on the sand…. Should call this beach Anse ChastaNOT

Beautiful resort, great snorkeling, and friendly staff. We loved it!

We had a fantastic time at Anse Chastanet. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The snorkeling was great, and the beach was beautiful. We strongly recommend the sunset sailing excursion.

Beautiful location, great food and service

Our stay was all about relaxation and enjoyment of nature. Whether it was snorkelling on the reef just off the beach or taking in the birdie on nature walks in the plantation we were not disappointed. The deluxe beach room was spacious and well appointed. The restaurants served up excellent dining options which focused on locally sourced produce. Staff at all levels were polite, friendly and clearly had a pride in their job. We will be back again soon I hope.

    One of the best

On a truly great scale, Anse Chastanet Resort lives up to its reputation. The most lovely beaches, 15 miles of track in the 600 acres leave not a moment not to be out exploring. The staff make a great team with warm welcomes from everyone. Andrew works tirelessly to ensure everything runs efficiently. Meno is there to guide you round the abandoned sugar Plantation at Anse Mamin, Daniel presents a very tasty demo of the legendary Cocoa production and Saki shares his art skills with even the least able. The snorkeling and bird watching could fill many hours of the day, interspersed with the wonderful meals in the choice of restaurants. We loved every moment. Thank you to a great team in such an amazing place

A relaxing and lovely spot for lunch

We thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Beach Restaurant at the resort. One sits right on the water's edge, enjoying the ambiance. We tried different items on the menu on different days, but enjoyed the 'catch of the day' the best. It well worth a visit, regardless of whether you are staying on or off the resort premises.
