Excellent!
We visit Perissa every year and wouldn't usually stay at a 'posh' hotel but were with my partner's elderly parents so wanted to make sure we stayed somewhere they'd be comfortable, and Aqua Blue didn't disappoint! The hotel is lovely looking, in two parts, we were in the left part, across a small road is the part with the restaurant and another pool. Rooms: Excellent! Clean, very spacious, large 'dressing table' counter with mirror, full length mirror, small kitchenette area, decent size fridge, sink, kettle, tea & coffee replenished and a complimentary bottle of water every day, safe, TV, AC, plenty of sockets, and so many drawers! Large bathroom with great shower, toiletries and hairdryer. Our room had a big comfy chair near the door, the other room a small sofa. Both had outside space with chairs and a table. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. Iron and board brought to the room on request. The only gripes with our room were a strange intermittent noise, like a generator, which disturbed us at night (we had one of the back rooms), and there's no drying rack, I know they're not the most attractive but a necessity on a beach holiday, and you can get stylish pull-out ones.. Food: We were B&B, breakfast included a vast array, everything you could want really, and attentive staff (my mother-in-law is in a wheelchair and they were super-helpful finding a suitable table when it was busy. Unfortunately the coffee (machine) was pretty dire. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant, just a club sandwich at the pool bar a couple of times which was delicious. Good cold beer and a decent cocktail menu, not too expensive. Pool area: Superb! Huge pool with jacuzzi jets at one end (you need to press the button!). We were end of Sept so it was nice and quiet, no problem getting a sun lounger, there are also double ones overhanging the pool, very comfy. Small children's pool. Downside is the design of the hotel means the pool area is a bit like a wind tunnel, and it was windy a few days, common end of Sept/beginning of Oct. They also have a designated beach area but we didn't venture down, considering the quality of the rest of the hotel the beach sunbeds looked a bit lame. Overall a lovely stay, the location is fab, right in the centre of the main beachfront, and we'd definitely stay again.

Great stay
Lovely 5 night stay, all staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are perfect, clean, comfy with a modern Greek twist. Towels including beach towels changed daily and water every day Was BB, breakfast covered everything you needed loved the yoghurt, mixture of dishes, only thing could be warmer. Plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Loved Dorins bar by the bus stop, best drinks and price for miles. Coffee, fabulous cocktails and much more. Would recommend this Lovely hotel and staff and we would return.

Beautiful, Peaceful Retreat with Exceptional Service!
From the moment we arrived, we could feel the hotel’s calm, inviting atmosphere. This place is a happy find—beautifully designed, tranquil, and with service that feels genuinely personalized. First Impressions - **Lobby & Grounds:** The architecture blends seamlessly with the surroundings, offering a stunning first impression. White and blue colours, soft lighting, and tasteful decor and beautiful sea view for our stay. - **Check-In:** Friendly and efficient. The team anticipated our needs as I’m disabled and a quick run-through of the property amenities. ### Room and Comfort - **Accommodations:** Our room was spotless, airy, and tastefully decorated. Large window and balcony let in natural light while maintaining a sense of privacy. - **Bed & Linens:** The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality sheets and plush pillows—perfect for a restful night. - the shower was the best shower we have ever had! The pressure was fierce! We wanted to take it home! - **View & Atmosphere:** The balcony offered a peaceful retreat with a seaview that instantly melted the stress away. I loved listening to the waves. ### Service Quality - **Staff Attitude:** The staff consistently went above and beyond. Attentive, respectful, and genuinely warm. - **Personalization:** Staff remembered our preferences and surprised us with little gestures—like remembering our room number, a preferred beverage at the ready, and tailored recommendations for local experiences. - **Concierge & Reservations:** They secured reservations for a highly recommended local restaurant, which enhanced our trip. - **Housekeeping:** Daily service was unobtrusive and thorough, keeping the room fresh without ever feeling disruptive. My husband was not very well the second day and they kindly brought more water and more towels when I asked them not to clean the room to let him rest. ### Food & Drink - **Breakfast:** A spread with options for every diet. Fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and excellent coffee. - **Dining - We enjoyed a couple of meals at the hotel restaurant—creative menu, seasonal ingredients, and impeccable service. The staff were attentive without being pushy. - **Drinks & Atmosphere:** The bar area had a relaxed vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. ### Relaxation & Activities - **Pool/Spa Pristine facilities, serene atmosphere, and careful hygiene. Spa treatments were tempting but we didn’t try this time. - **Wellness & Peace:** Even during peak times, the property felt quiet and peaceful—an ideal balance of social areas and secluded nooks. - **Local Tips:** The concierge provided excellent recommendations for hidden gems, markets, and scenic spots off the beaten path. ### Value - Given the level of service, comfort, and attention to detail, this stay felt like outstanding value. It’s rare to find a property that combines beauty, tranquility, and such stellar hospitality. We did go at the end of the season so it may be different in June/July. ### Pros - Stunning design and serene ambiance - Impeccable, personalized service - Comfortable, well-appointed rooms - Excellent dining options - Thoughtful touches that elevate the stay -based on a flat promenade with lots of excellent dining opportunities nearby. I am disabled and have mobility difficulties but it was quite easy for me to get around if I took my time. ### Cons - Small note: if you’re seeking a vibrant nightlife scene, this property emphasizes peace and downtime (which we appreciated, but it’s good to know upfront). There is no mini bar in the room. ### Verdict This hotel stands out as a beautiful, peaceful haven with outstanding customer service. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel genuinely cared for and eager to return. Highly recommended for couples seeking romance, travelers craving tranquility, and anyone who values service that treats you like a VIP without being overbearing. Loved it!
