The customer service in this hotel is excellent. When challenges arise, the staff is empathic and understanding. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that go to Waikiki.

Older hotel conveniently located in Waikiki within walking distance of everything. Photos do not match the room. Probably would not stay here again.

Aug 10, 2026I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Oasis. From the moment I arrived, the service was poor. Jesse at the front desk was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome instead of greeting me like a valued guest. The breakfast was also very disappointing. There was very little selection, and nothing stood out as fresh or special. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of customer service or the quality of the breakfast. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Terrible - Do Not Book
This hotel does not look like the pictures. The carpet in the entry is torn, the pool is in bad shape and tiny, the furniture is warped and very worn, and the beds are small, hard, and lumpy. We were very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel. The room was not clean. The bathtub looked like it was at least 25 years old, chipped and in worn condition. The kitchen cabinets were warped and in poor condition.

Family
Very nice hotel and stay. Staff very helpful. Mr. Mike made experiencing everything smooth our navigator. Everything went smoothly all shops and dinning walking distance. Family had a blast
