    Upon arriving at the hotel, the employees were very friendly and helpful.

    Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and kind. The housekeeping were very friendly. The room was great! Everything and everyone was friendly and helpful.

    September at Aqua Palms

    Lovely friendly staff clean room nice area. Comfy bed great bus access right outside the door. Loved the little balcony so we could sit outside.

    Staying within budget

    We recently took a few days in Waikiki. Not known for being cheap. This hotel was a great value for the area it is located across the street is the Hilton Hawaiian Village if you want the high-end shopping. The stay was quiet for the time we were actually in the room. Totally enjoyed the room and hotel extras. The staff were very helpful when we were planning our area tours. Our trip around the island had a pick-up across the street, simple, added bonus, to keep the food costs down, there is an ABC store attached to the block. They had very good hot food, made to order, and ready-made food to take out. Since our island tour was very early, it was a lifesaver.
