  Honest!

  This is just to say that we our flight was canceled and we asked for a refund on the same day, they honored it 100% and I appreciate that. Felt respectful kind and not scammy like some places can be around there. Thank you and we will def stay there again given the chance

  Make sure you get a refund. If your not happy with your room

  Hi we arrived late afternoon the add said it was a court yard view . The curtains were closed so I went to open the curtain was a roof top view. Not what we were told in the add. the rooftop had a jacuzzi with at least 12 people looking strait at us. the reason curtain. We could not walk around the room with shorts they were looking at us. I looked at the shower mold on the doors dirty . the sheets had seaman stains. the bed had a worn out mattress I could not get out of the bed was worn out. we have pictures of the whole problem. we contacted the host. We requested another room he said no. He would not give us a refund. He told us call airbin tell them you want to leave. So we thought they would help for my refund. no they did not we rented this room for 10 days almost 1000.00 dollars we stayed 2 days and left got a better room ocean view with room service and clean sheets and maid service. 1 towel for the entire 10 days no room service. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE NO REFUNDS AT ALL THEY OFFERED A CREDIT OF 200.00 I REFUSED IT . I canceled the stay AND I WAS PUNISHED. This room was not exceptable for any person standards.

  AVOID, please save your holiday and pick a different hotel

  0 ⭐️ AVOID AVOID AVOID. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My partner has a severe shellfish allergy. We could smell fish at the restaurant one night so asked does anything contain shellfish. We were told no. We started to get some rice only to find shellfish in the rice. Multiple nights in a row they allowed guests to blast music with a Bluetooth speaker at 4am jumping in the pool screaming and what would be very generously be called “singing”. When we asked the front desk to get them to turn it down or off they don’t care and said no. They say they have 3 restaurants but none of them are open at the same time. 2 bars. One is only accessed through the pool and closes at 6pm leaving the only bar in reception. The entertainment is terrible and is in the main lobby rather than on the stage area outside and mainly consists of bad karaoke. Day time entertainment is straight out of a budget butlins resort from the 70s. The rooms are ok but the showers are rubbish. You can stand in the middle and not get hit with water and they are grimy. Checkout is at 11am but there is no option to do late checkout, no convenience facilities for you to shower and change and no secure room for your luggage on your last day so your bags are left in reception which is very open to the rest of the hotel and the road. There are virtually no bars or restaurants anywhere near the hotel either with most of them being attached to other hotels for guest use only. Not good value for money save your self the trouble. 0/10 terrible.

  Misleading listing and poor check-in experience; Expedia eventually refunded after escalation

  Booked a Standard Room, Balcony through Expedia because the listing showed a kitchenette. At check-in the resort denied the kitchenette and refused to honor the listing. I spent 1.5 hours at the desk, paid $20 to relocate, and spent ~3 hours on the phone with Expedia. Expedia eventually secured a full refund of the property charge after escalation, but the experience was stressful and avoidable. The property should correct its listing and train staff to honor advertised amenities. The worst thing about the Expedia site is you can't write a review on a stay you cancelled because the property mis-led you on Expedia.

  Older, but clean. Price is okay. Food is expensive.

  The hotel is old but clean. It's really noisy, both from the street and the building, but that didn't seem to bother other people so much. I found by cramming towels around the door it cut down on the noise quite a bit. A bit of weather would go a long way. Food was expensive. I stayed for two weeks and had breakfast the first morning for about $25. I had a stew that was really chewy , but tasted good. I didn't eat there any more . I asked for a coffee a few days later and was offered a coffee in a styrofoam cup for $9 Canadian. I declined. The WiFi stops working after about the 3rd floor, so I spent a lot of time in the lobby. Some of the equipment in the gym worked. The water cooler was empty the whole time I was there. The staff was generally nice and I enjoyed the pool area. They were quite efficient about getting people up and off on their tours on time.
