Had a wonderful stay at the Arizona Biltmore, a historical hotel that is beautifully maintained and updated while keeping the integrity of the period architecture. Several renovations were going on while we were there but not disruptive to us at all. We booked the Citrus Club and were placed in the Ocatilla Wing, adjacent to the Club. We found Citrus Club to be a great value with light meals and top shelf cocktails included in a lovely lounge atmosphere. Our room was spacious with a firepit on patio but I would forego that next time to be on a higher floor (it was too hot to use the firepit!). The only issue we had is housekeeping not coming daily which we complained about and it was immediately rectified. Beautiful pools open 24/7! Staff at Saguaro Pool bar were very friendly and attentive. Had a great meal at Renata's Hearth on property. Took 2 fitness classes and really enjoyed them. Great gym; didn't use the Spa. Highly recommend this hotel,

Citrus Club - wonderful staff
We went to the resort for a girls trip and enjoyed every second. The Citrus Cub was great for our group. Everyone was very nice, but Julian truly made the experience memorable. He gave great recommendations for on and off property, made reservations for us and made our favorite drinks. Julian made a great trip even better. The Arizona Biltmore has a gem of an employee with him on their staff! We also enjoyed the spa, gym and many pools on the property. We had a great meal at Renata’s Hearth. I also appreciated being offered an umbrella when I arrived and it was raining. Hope to visit this resort again!

I’m really at a loss at how this place charges so much and calls itself five star or luxury. This is a nice hotel but it is absolutely not a luxury hotel. It has a LONG way to go before being on par with a Four Seasons type place. It feels like a nice Westin. My room was in the original building and it had definite signs of aging. I felt most of the service was very average and sometimes mediocre. The food was not great. Most things were dry or had no taste. I had a bad spa experience. Someone was setting up a metal tub for soaking outside the massage room while I was getting a massage. It sounded like someone put shoes in a dryer. My massage therapist was great but the woman who checked me in and out was incredibly rude. I mentioned the tub issue and that it went on for at least half of my massage and she smirked at me and offered no apology. I didn’t get her name but she was really unpleasant. Again, another reason this is a glorified Westin.
