The staff onsite and at the corporate office are not kind. I recommend trying a different hotel chain all together. Especially if you’re a solo traveler!

I think the staff at the desk is the best. The room is comfortable and feels like a bedroom. It’s very easy to get around. I also enjoyed the pool.

Issues with room being ready on time. The grounds were amazing. The beach was incredible. The tiki bar and pool area was fabulous. Close proximity to the rest of the island was great.

Memories in Kauai
We had a wonderful time at the Beach. The staff was amazing and the entire property was up to expectations. We could not have asked for a better stay!

A great spot to kick back and enjoy Kauai
This place was absolutely awesome. I absolutely loved the location it's right on the water, the pool and hot tub epic. The garden was fun to stroll through. I can't say enough nice things about this location.

A telephone with a direct line to the Resort Patrol Services will be available. RPS will provide the guest's key/parking pass. The key will be valid for access for one night only. Further instructions will be provided in the key packet to check-in at the Front Desk. A new key valid for the guest's entire stay will be provided at that time.
