Oct 14, 2025Spectacular and enjoyable for the entire family!
We highly recommend this place. We got the beachfront condo on the 14th floor and it was amazing. My family of 5 really enjoyed it too. The maid service was great and they cleaned everyday to a "T". The location is wonderful. Walking distance to everything. Didn't want to leave but we will be back soon.

Oct 13, 2025Even if it takes time, don't stay in a terrible room
The first room I received had two terrible bathrooms. I took a huge picture of the fungus for proof. Kitchen was terrible, too. I had no choice but to take out my luggage at 11 o'clock the next day, check out, and check in again at 4 o'clock. After that, I got a good room. Selling a bad room like the first room is even fraudulent to consumers.

Excellent stay with perfect location and service
Aston Waikiki Beach Tower has an amazing location, just steps from the beach and restaurants. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for a vacation. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a nice view. The hotel offers great value, and cleanliness was excellent throughout. Even near busy streets, the noise level was low. The service was friendly and helpful, and amenities like the pool, gym, and parking made the stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excellent!
Excellent experience from the moment we arrived until check out! The valet service is superb, fast and friendly. The front desk staff was so nice and also friendly. We were actually escorted to our lovely condo and given a briefing of what was where...incredible! The view left me speechless. Everything was clean and well maintained. So much pride and attention to detail...we really appreciated it. Only one complaint...there really should be a door seperating the toilet/tub area from the rest of the master bath. It would be much more private and convenient. It is directly across from waikiki beach and even though we were on the 34th floor, we could hear some traffic noise while we sat on the balcony. We were pleased with the beds, pillows, towels (beach towels too!), adequate laundry detergent, coffee, toilet paper (bidets!) Daily housekeeping is provided. Lovely, lovely property. Definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel and staff.
Excellent location. Staff were very welcoming and made sure we had a great vacation. Highly recommend. Valet parking was very convenient and fast.
