    Awesome Atmosphere

    We ate at the restaurant. Friendly staff, food was good but over priced. The atmosphere made up for that. DO NOT ORDER THE SNAPPER. It looked like someone dragged it through the sand and tossed it in the fryer and didn't taste any better than it looked. Overall was a positive experience

    Mixed feelings- good for short stay

    Hard to rate this hotel. It’s a 2 if you want to stay 3 or more nights, it’s a 3.5 to 4 for 1-2 nights. Reason: the Food. There are only two good dishes to eat there, the fried snapper or the pasta. Every other dish was a dissaster. Even desserts were ruined by the kitchen staff cutting fig/arequipe with a knife that had been used to cut onions. The breakfast was good if you stuck to fruit coffee, Colombian hot chocolate. The bread and everything else was unbeatable. By day 3 we fasted till dinner to order the fish and pasta… which got really old by day 3. Some staff were nice and friendly. Others didn’t seem to understand basic customer service. Great place to go to lay on the beach and read a book (only if you sit in the far right side as the blare music all day long by the pool, and at dinner.
