  Wonderful family vacation

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Amazing Vacation at AVA! We had an incredible vacation at AVA and couldn’t recommend it enough! From the beautiful resort and stunning views to the exceptional service with Hector and Dorian. The staff made us feel welcome, and every detail helped make our stay special. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy time with family, and make memories that will last a lifetime. If you’re considering staying at AVA, don’t hesitate — we highly recommend it! We can’t wait to return! 🌴☀️✨

  Memories made at Ava Resort

  Ava Resort is one huge spectacular beautiful resort with plenty of high quality restaurants, fun activities, drinks, and relaxation to fulfill your desires! The rooms are spacious and so beautiful with carefully chosen luxury amenities and ambiance. We loved the pillows so much that we ended up looking up the brand and ordered two of them. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I’ve never taken so many naps on a vacation the way I did on this one. The hotel is clean and room service is awesome. We definitely loved the value and the Luxe aesthetics of Ava. One of our favorite features was the assignment of two hardworking, absolutely amazing Butler members to take care of us during our stay. AB & Jessy handled every request every need that came up during our stay. I was sick the first half of my trip and Jessy sent up some nice chicken soup, rice and chicken, and I got some strength back. AB among many other things he did one of my favorite was making sure the bartenders knew what my favorite drink was that wasn’t on the menu but has them make it daily! There were so many outstanding moments because of the team at Ava Resort. The employees go out of their way to make your vacation absolutely memorable! he made it happen. The bartenders, housekeepers,Spa team and everyone was was hospitable and service full and we highly recommend this resort.

  AVA is a must!

  Resort was very nice and clean. The rooms were bigger than we expected. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and go above and beyond. We highly recommend staying here.

  It was a great vacation and would return anytime. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of

  Went during October which is considered the off season, but the weather was great. Just a few quick rain storms, and everyone came right back out. The resort is very clean and the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. We had Rafeal, Alex and Tharvin as butler's and I can not say enough good recommendations for them. Many restaurants with ethnic varieties as well as 2 large buffets. Black Iron was personal favorite, but enjoyed the others.

  Hector & Dorian Best Butlers

  Ava is a wonderful all inclusive resort with exceptional food and drinks. We have been on over 20 trips with Butlers and we finally found the best in Hector and Dorian. The level of service and attention to detail they provided was 5 STAR ⭐️. We want to go back next year and we will be requesting them again. Couldn’t be happier!
