The service is amazing. Dorian and Hector were great butlers and handle everything with grace, smile and expedited. All the restaurant and pool service people were great!

Amazing place!
AVA RESORT was great. Close to the airport was a plus!I was there as a guest for a wedding. It was beautiful. The food and drinks were on point. Ask for the Miami Vice at the pool! Delicious! The facilities and amenities were on point. The room was amazing and very clean. services and the employees were always gracious and accommodating. I want to go back someday.

Taxi Driver Roma
We got to drive with Romeo . He is a taxi driver . He went over and beyond for our family. Gave my family a tour of all Cancun . He bought my dad a Tecate that he wanted! So nice and speaks English. We felt so safe .

An amazing experience
Abraham Martinez was amazing at keeping our room spotless and always filling up our towels and our refrigerator stocked. This hotel was amazing, food immaculate, alcohol top shelf every bartender was outstanding. Hotel staff very attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.

One of the worst resorts ever! Every common area is about 85 degrees. The outside deck areas of your room smell like rotten eggs. We had a room with no hot water and the smell from the deck was sickening. Our rooms AC only got down to 75 at best. We complained about it and was upgraded to another room - however, we had to wait 3 hours to be moved while being promised the room was ready at 12, 1, 1:30…we had to just sit in the room waiting and waiting. Housekeeping is a joke! The rooms get wet inside and start to smell like mildew. The food is average at best, we definitely had better at other resorts. The steak from The Butcher is so fatty you can barely eat it. The “amenities” in the pool - ha! You can only reserve 1x a day for the inflatable water obstacle course. The simulators are expensive and not worth the sweat you endure because of how hot the rooms are. The entertainment outside of the Michael Jackson show were low budget and not worth it. Everything is inside at night. The whole resort seems to shut down at 9pm. Literally. There are NO bars on the South side of the resort and maybe 2 on the North side. It’s a ton of walking with not much to do. The pool area is nice only if you are a legendary club member. This was an awful resort and I do not recommend it to anyone!
