  Extraordinary experience

  A Special Recognition to the Amazing AVA Resort Team! A huge shoutout to the Entertainment Team, especially Gio, Eliseo, and Rafael, for bringing so much energy, fun, and unforgettable moments to our stay! Casino in the Pool with Eric was such a unique and entertaining experience—we had an amazing time! And a very special thank you to our wonderful butlers, Ariel and Damian, whose exceptional attention, kindness, and service truly elevated our experience and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for making our vacation at AVA Resort so special. We will definitely remember the people who made every moment extraordinary!

  Service and facilities at Ava

  Ava is a beautiful resort, but what truly made our stay extraordinary was Hector Rodriguez and Dorian Cigarroa. What set them apart was their incredible ability to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. They seemed to always know when we needed something, whether it was related to our personal needs, medical circumstances, or simply making sure we could enjoy the recreational side of our stay. They were consistently one step ahead, quietly taking care of details that made everything easier and less stressful. Their attentiveness went far beyond exceptional service. It was genuine care. They paid attention, they listened, and they understood what we needed—even sometimes before we did. They made us feel cared for, comfortable, and truly valued. During a time when we had some additional challenges to navigate, having Hector and Dorian there made an enormous difference. They took away the worry of having to figure things out ourselves and allowed us to simply enjoy our time together. We will always remember their kindness, compassion, and thoughtfulness. Hector and Dorian didn’t just respond to our needs—they anticipated them. That is an extraordinary quality, and it made our experience at Ava so much more meaningful. They were absolutely incredible, and we are genuinely grateful for everything they did for us. Ava is very fortunate to have two people like them on its team. ❤️

  September legendary trip

  You can’t find a better resort staff!! Everyone is friendly and accommodating to your every need. Food is tremendous. All restaurants even the ones by the pool were excellent. If you are fortunate enough to get a Butler none better than Ariel!!!

  Amazing Vacation

  We had a wonderful time. The food is high quality and excellently prepared. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Each employee noticeably takes great pride in their work and genuinely wants to help the guests have a wonderful experience. We were met at the airport by Emanuel. He was efficient, and friendly. Next bellboys opened our door and handled our luggage. Jany greeted us with her big beautiful smile, ushering us to check in, and answering questions throughout our stay. Next our amazing, over the top butler team came to meet us and offer assistance with any and everything. Jessi & Plutoro are truly the BEST! We saw them everyday and they went out of their way to make us feel special. I couldn’t possibly say enough about how delightful they are to work with. I wish nametags were easier to read, because every team member we encountered deserves kudos ! Rafael at the cart bar near the adult pool didn’t have Chardonnay on his cart. I told him not to worry- he quite literally ran to get a bottle. Juan the waiter at Livo was amazing. I have a severe shellfish allergy everyone went above and beyond to make sure my meals were safe for me to consume. Jorge at the North Tower buffet treated it as if we were in a 5 star restaurant! Alex and Monica in the south tower buffet were outstanding. The ladies hosting had the cooks prepare a special last day crepe with a written message in the sauce. They are so sweet each and every time you check in. Ideshi at Copol was fantastic. He went out of his way to get even the smallest details correct. Edgar and Abel couldn’t do enough for us at the Copol breakfast buffet! The pool staff, from the towel people to the waitstaff and bartenders are incredible. Carlos and Alejandro made sure we had everything we wanted. All with huge, warm smiles. I truly wish I got everyone’s name because they all deserve a shout out. Isai at the fabulous French restaurant was efficient, professional and great! We visited BAO twice and Ivan and the Miguel remind me of staff at 5 star restaurants home. The service, the food, the attention to details. Amazing job! The work ethic of all of the staff at Ava is unparalleled. Each individual pitches in, they pay attention to the little details. The staff makes you feel as if you are royalty. We had a fantastic experience, we will be back. What would I be able to say needs improvement? The rooms are extremely humid, they could use dehumidifier systems. Additionally since every resort has the towel game at the pool areas I wonder if it wouldn’t behoove them to make renting a Bali bed ( of which there are many) accessible with resort credits for a reasonable amount. They sit empty most days. The Super Cabanas could use ropes so guests are sure they cannot just utilize them. I cannot say a negative thing about any staff member! Every room has an Ocean View. We are members and are always surprised when people traveling in our membership get better rooms than we do. One would think they would upgrade members. Thank you to each and every staff member who took the time and effort to make our stay very enjoyable.

  Best Service Ever!

  This was our second time visiting Ava Resort in Cancun. We had Dorian and Hector as our butlers and I can honestly say they made our trip AMAZING! We have never had the level of service they provided at any other resort. Above & Beyond! I cannot express how accommodating and helpful they were! Simply AWESOME!
