OUT OF THIS WORLD EXPERIENCE!!!!
This resort is not too big. But the most amazing part of this resort is that the beach is gorgeous - soft white sand and clear waters. We saw and got to hold Starfish. And we saw stingrays while just walking on the beach. The staff if really quick when a request is put in, there is no time wasted. The restaurants on this property are really good and the food is amazing. The best part on this property is the Beans Coffee Shop - they have amazing snacks and warm Jamaican Patties - which are so tasty. I would truly recommend visiting this resort - you will not regret it. Infact we are planning on visiting this resort again next year - god willing. A big Shout out and thanks to Juan Pierre(F&B Manager - who works long hours and purely about customer service), Mahogany - Kemar & Tenisha, Member Services - Abigail and Celine, West end Grill - the young Chef, Our Butlers - Shari and Rashane and Beans - Paula - who was always there with a warm welcoming smile.

Couples holiday
We have just arrived home from a great holiday at the Azure Beach Hotel. I will start with the good points. Our rooms was spotless clean every day with clean towels lovely, comfy bed. Lovely beach which was kept clean every day ,the pools was also kept clean and tidy. Most of the staff was so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Cedrick was absolutely amazing and a big asset to the hotel he would go out of his way to help you. Two lady staff that was on the bar by the mahogany restaurant was the rudest people I have ever met.trying to give us drinks in a polystyrene cup when we were actually staying by the bar .Didn't speak, just slammed the drinks in the bar, disgusting manors how they have a job there amazed me.The staff in mahogany was amazing, lovely, and friendly. The thing that let the hotel down was only having 2 restaurants open a day was not enough choices..also we paid for a swim up.not knowing that half the hotel was swimming in it !! Needs managing and only allowing people who have paid for a swim up to use it.Als, adults only section again paid extra for children in the are, nothing said. These issues need to be managed. But we didn't let itspoil ourr holiday and had a fantastic time.We would come back if the issues were resolved.

Not good hotel at all
We chose this hotel based on reviews on trip advisor and advertising and promotion from Sunwing and also for the small size of the property and beach front property. Hotel is located about 1.5 hour from Montego Bay airport. Soon as we reached hotel upon arrival we was served Blue lagoon drink and refreshed face towel. We arrived about 1 pm and check in was at 3 pm . We were aware of time waiting . Soon as we checked in we had to wait for the room to be cleaned up . Lobby and floor and future was very wore out, faux leather couches was visible scratched and damaged, floor was ugly and hotel front desk was not friendly at all . We had to wait for our room till 4.15 pm .. at the lobby they didn’t have AC only sealing fans . It was extremely hot and not comfortable. Finally we got the key for the room and we had assigned to building 8 , third floor . Bell boy was mature gentleman with attitude who’s take our bags to the room . Room was very small wore out and all furniture was wore out and scratched all out . We can’t actually believe this hotel is only 10 years old. Couch in the room was stained . No elevators at all . We are ended up to pay extra 480$ us for the room on the main floor and swim up suite . Next day we were transferred to our new room on the main floor . Beach and privilege area was ok but was changed with towels , sea was very clean no sea weeds. Buffet didn’t have good selection for food and was very limited in terms of choices . Food was ok for 3.5 star but not for listed luxury property. Staff was not very happy and they didn’t care about clients . Very slow service, not friendly. Food is very basic . No entertainment , no music no fun . After 8 pm is dead resort. But Caribbean Sea was very warm, no waves water was clean and blue . I wouldn’t recommend this property at all

Disapointed
Beautiful setting and beach, but im afraid the food was very disappointing! 3 star at best?? All inclusive but using only the cheapest products, by far the worst cusine i have experienced in a hotel. Rooms are basic. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Azul by Karisma Negri, Jamaica
We booked a week’s stay at this resort in June this year, for travel in August 2024, and got a bit apprehensive when we started seeing of the most recent reviews, which painted a grim picture of the resort. Thankfully all this changed as soon as we arrived, had a first look of the resort and were shown our room. We did not notice any mould, or untidy areas, but instead an amazing facility, the fantastic Seven Mile beach, various pools besides the private swim-up pools, with immaculate grounds. Our check-in was handled professionally by the team at the front desk, (Tanisha, Sashana and Kamarla, to name a few) who assigned Damar and Kevon as our concierges, who were just outstanding. They definitely attributed to our amazing holiday, with their attentive care. Under the watchful eye of Juan Pierre the F & B manager, his assistant Jacenth, and the various chefs – Sergio, Cristhain, Rose-Ann, Rushid among others, the food is amazing and the people in the various restaurants will ensure you are treated like royals. In the Mahagony restaurant (buffet) the staff like Dave, Shantel, Marion, Sanette, Maraget, Tanesha, Jason, and Hycinth famous for her omelettes will ensure you are well fed. At Di Romagna (the Italian restaurant) the manager Beverly, together with her staff Jonoy and Travic, will delight you with great Italian cuisine When eating at Ackee (the Jamaican restaurant), please request Ruth the supervisor, and hostess Tasheina to tell you all about the authentic scrumptious Jamaican specials cooked daily. Oceans (gourmet corner) serves the most delicious jerk fish, pork and chicken, all cooked by Chef Lester and his assistants. For Hua Hin (the Asian restaurant), Raquel the supervisor and server Timar, had a great knowledge of the menu and the wines that paired with the dishes. When in need of an evening snack or great coffee / tea, Paula and her team will entice you with amazing pastries like the Rum Ball, Cherry pie, carrot cake and lots more. Make sure you catch Shyaine outside the lobby, for the lobster special, and drink specials. Everyone is just so friendly and out to please you, especially the bartenders and butlers like Marklan The animation team of Flamez, Bones, Nesha, Keke, Joel and DJs Damion and Anton, will keep you on your feet during the day on the beach and into the night on the patio and in the Nesta Rasta Lounge on the second floor bar and dance floor. The reggae musicians together with the resident band is outstanding, and you are encouraged not to miss the wonderful music. Shaunette, Jason and the various servers on the beach ensure you are well hydrated with the various cocktails, Bob Marley and Blue Lagoon being our favourites. The accommodation is very spacious, especially if you get the corner units at the front of the buildings, which have amazing views of the beach and sea. These are well maintained with clean sheets, towels and cleaned every day. The fridge in the room is always stocked up with beer and soft drinks. The Seven Mile beach is what blew our minds, the water is crystal clear, and there’s no need for aqua shoes, as there’s no rocks in the water. One can walk all the way to the edge of the Sandals resort on one side, and all the way on the opposite side for quite a distance. The only downside was that the Garfield Beach House restaurant was still under construction, as it was the only structure that took a direct hit during Hurricane Beryl’s visit. We credit the great team, from the bell hops to the top management staff, who make this resort so fantastic. We certainly plan on revisiting this gem, and perhaps Shanique Gopaul will treat us with special passes to check out the other Azul resorts all over the world.
