  4 out of 10

When we went to this holiday 09/21/26-09/28/26 half of the complex was closed off. In the time we were there our room was only cleaned 2 times even after putting the signage on the door to please clean the room. Our room was RIGHT BESIDE a major road so it was very noisy. We had to drive over an hour to get there from the airport, so if you decide to stay here please research the drive. The food was not good and the pool bar serves cheap liquor so the drinks were not very good. I do have to say that the lobby bar had really good drinks and the coffee amazing. The workers are so polite and very wonderful. The pool entertainment was GREAT they made the atmosphere fun and inviting. (I would like to remind everyone that they are paid poorly and they rely heavily on tips to survive). There was 5 lagoons that were horrible. half of the lagoon was sea grass and the other half was so rocky you couldn't enter. The beach had bags of sand laying around. There was never anyone at the ocean. This was a HUGE disappointment for us because we love going into the ocean that's why you go. Would I go back definitely not. I would give this vacation a 4 out of 10. I hope your stay is very different than ours.

  Loved It!!!!

First time in Jaimca & we had a blast. We had an oceanfront view with a balcony & it was absolutely rlgorgeous..The staff was very accommodating & ready to go that extra mile. The food was delicious & always appealing to the eye. My only complaints were the huge mosquitoes 🦟 that was invited in our rooms every night. I know when I return to bring my bug repellant ,peppermint oil & calamine lotion . Had staff to spray every night b4 we returned to our room.. Met alot of nice people also including staff

  Beautiful hotel very luxurious.

I cannot find anything negative abut this resort. The staff, the food at buffet and à la carte excellent. Grounds well maintained, good customer service, spacious room. Only drawback is the beach the water too shallow for swimming and some rocks and seaweed, the sand area is very small but sand is like powder and lounge chairs new and comfortable. Entertainers very good. The highlight of the show for me was the Bob Marley tribute.

  Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay

I will start by saying I have had to call maintenance several times but when he arrived he didn’t bring a plunger, I did ask for someone to bring a plunger initially. He came back, plunged it, but it wasn’t cleaned up. Next fiasco, the elevator was constantly not working, I recently had a knee replacement, I counted over 60 steps. Each time I contacted the front desk, they couldn’t be bothered and couldn’t tell me when it would be fixed. There’s mold in the bathroom, towels are like sandpaper, luckily I brought tissues as I sometimes need to blow my nose, they don’t have any in this hotel. The sheets don’t fit properly so when laying down your feet are on the mattress!! The sunken tub is dirty, I used it to only wash my feet. The large oceanfront patio I paid for floods if it rains! There is not a blanket, just a comforter that has seen better days and I’m sure many things done upon it, it has all kinds of stains on it. I came back from dinner tonight walked up all of those steps, used the only key that was given to us and it didn’t work. I’m just loss for words at this point, but certainly don’t recommend this resort!

  Exceptional Resort and Amazing staff!!!

My group of 7 had an amazing time at this resort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Howayne, Demario, Raheem at the pool bar, Rushawn and Gary at the lobby bar, and Charmaine in the Brazilian restaurant definitely made our trip memorable. Also keep a look out for Crazy Legs and Trusty on the entertainment side of things!!! Overall this has been my families favorite vacation, highly recommend!
