  Perfect Vacation location

  This is our second time visiting this hotel and our expectations were met with warmth. I must first mention the Security department/ Miss Ann-Marie and Mr. Forbes was very pleasant.. Rohan who took us to our Rooms made sure we settled in quite well. Mr. Haslam greeted us and made us feel welcome. Trudy Higgings, Adikay Burey, Davion, Anika and Nadine Gordon left no stones unturned to meet out needs when dining. The rooms were perfect, we couldn't ask for a better mini vacation. Thanks to the staff. I will recommend Bahia Principe Jamaica.

  Very disappointing - Noisy Housekeeping Staff at 7/8am

  The housekeepers are sooo noisy. If you plan on sleeping in, then this isn't the resort for you. The housekeepers are super loud in the morning, and the carts are rickety. It is mind-boggling that they do not even take pride knowing it is 7, 8 AM - shouting to each other across hallways and down the floors. Perhaps they need radios if the conversation is that critical and, without exaggeration, it is every morning! They wake you up out of your sleep, hollering at each other across the hallways and slamming doors. This is such a shame because the front desk, concierge and greeters are so nice and professional. Room service is great and the housekeepers clean well and always service rooms promptly, but the loud, vulgar behaviour from them in the hallway takes away from the experience. Most bartenders are good and ok but a few need training in customer service and pleasantries. Some act like it's a bother to serve your drinks. Management needs to fix this issue. Some of your staff members are chasing guests away who would return with their unprofessional, loud behaviours. I see several staff members talking as loudly as they would if they were at home, and it's baffling. Overall, the offerings are good in terms of food, drinks, pools, and bars but the vulgar behaviours from some staff members are so off-putting.

  AMAZING STAFF

  The location is ideal because it's located perfectly in the entire north coast stretch of resorts, an hour from the Sangster International Airport, and the attractions on the north and west coasts. The hotel is clean with spacious rooms. the environment is calm and the rooms are quiet without disturbances. The parking lot is not paved in comparison to other modern hotels. The workers there are exceptional. They were kind and supportive. The food was very average and bland for an all inclusive. The refrigerator just had two cans of coke in it. I cannot give a comprehensive review since I stayed only one time. I may return to see what the full experience is like. THE BEST EXPERIENCE WAS THE STAFF,

  People steal things and staff are not bothered. There should be cameras in this hotel!!

  Lovely hotel, but people steal things here. Don't expect to find them in lost property either. My son's crocs and Jordan cap was stolen from the sunbed. 100 pounds worth of stuff gone. Staff don't care either. they don't help if you lose something, no effort whatsoever . Don't leave anything by your sunbed ever. I'm on holiday in Spain, you can leave money, phone everything on sunbed, and still there when you get back.

  Customer service was on point

  First I must say our dream came true with our vacation!! We had a bit of ups and downs with the AC the first two days we arrived, but thanks to Amir the manager who go above and beyond to change our room and make us completely comfortable not only making us satisfied but he make our stay memorable and make us feel safe and secure, thanks for the complimentary perks also we did appreciate and enjoyed them ! He also checked in on us to make sure everything was okay with our new room ! We highly appreciated his willingness and his hospitality this is what customer service is all about!! Thanks to Candace at the front desk for listening to us ! Her words to us when we mentioned the AC was !! Give me a chance and I’ll get it done for you, yes she did in a blink of an eye!! Thanks to Deonte across from the check in desk for always supporting us and his positivity makes a big difference , he always checked in on us and made sure we were doing well ! It’s a great feeling knowing that you leave for vacation and you have a wonderful time and the hotel staffs let you feel safe and welcoming! Thanks again for all the love and hospitality! McGhie’s 💝
