    Vacation + Wedding - Dec 2024

    We had our wedding ceremony at Bahia Principe in Punta Cana. Our group of 60 people all stayed at Esmeralda. Everyone in our group had a great experience and were impressed and happy with our choice in resort. The wedding celebration and all the perks that came with it were wonderful. The entertainment team did a great job keeping everyone as engaged and active as they could. The nightly shows were also must see! We were very impressed with the renovated rooms, hallways and the reception. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean with good AC and water pressure. Our guests tried the room service and depending in the time of day and how busy the restaurants are, wait times varied from very quick to about 45 mins. Our Guest Experience representative - Manuel Lopez (aka Manny) was absolutely amazing. He is fluent in English, continuously checked in on us, and helped us set up our a la carte dinners (as a group this was not easy). He was even able to squeeze us into last minute a la carte dinners at popular restaurants like Limbo and Yurta. I also recommend getting a massage at the spa and trying the romantic dinner by the beach.

    What a fabulous holiday in DR!!

    Fabulous holiday! The hotel is beautiful, the room is very comfortable and clean at the staff were very helpful and courteous. The animation team, keeping the people entertained day and night were amazing! The buffet was excellent and awaiting staff. Very kind I would definitely go back to the Luxury Esmeralda with my friends and family.

    Another Great Visit Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda, Punta Cana

    Our 5th visit was once again fantastic. The new renos are nice. Grounds impeccable. Buffet,a la Cartes all top notch. All staff friendly, pleasant and helpful. Our favs were Cheila at the buffet, Victor at the Sports Bar and our all time fav, Pedro at luggage/ shuttle service.

    Our 3rd time at the Baya Principale Luxury Esmeralda. If you are looking for good food,supper frendly service,clean hotel,Close to the superb beach and its al la cart resturants and buffet.this the place for you.Trust me you will not be disappointed. Thank you Esmeralda we will be back

    Great 1st visit to Esmeralda

    1st time to the Esmeralda and nothing but great things to say! Read some negative reviews that was not our experience. Staff were all wonderful!! Grounds are beautiful the access to all the other hotels and restaurants are excellent food was very good in the Buffett and exceptional presentation in specialty restaurants our favourite bars were the beach bar Jeral and Luisa are lovely!! The Limbo bar is a great atmosphere and very creative drinks.Pool activities were fun and the amount of pools and size of them were excellent. Nice beaches very nice spacious rooms friends of ours had the swim up pool rooms they were pretty nice.Room cleaning each day was wonderful! We will definitely be back and probably try the Ambar next time only because it is adults only and we are 50 and 55 and our kids are grown up. All in all pretty impressed and the staff are very friendly🩷🩷
