From arriving at this beautiful hotel we were extremely impressed , we were greeted by very friendly staff who made check in a breeze . We were taken to our room by a member of guest experience staff where she explained everything to us . My room which was 27306 ocean view was fabulous with amazing views . The hotel is immaculately clean and cleaning staff are constantly on the go maintaining the high standard . My room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels . My mini bar was also stocked constantly and if anything more was needed one call to guest experience and it was brought up . Guest experience also would ring frequently or personally talk to you round the hotel to make sure we had everything we needed . The pool area was beautiful with swim up pool serving gorgeous cocktails and the bar staff were very friendly and interacted with us . The entertainment provided throughout the day and night was amazing , every single member of the entertainment team were friendly and did everything they could to make your day a fabulous experience, a special shout out to crazy legs who was just the best , although all the team are a credit to the hotel . The food we found to be just stunning with a vast array to choose from . All the staff within all the different restaurants were always very friendly And couldn’t do enough for you . So to sum up I can honestly say I have never been to such a well run hotel , beautiful in every way and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone I will definitely be back . Sep 28, 2024The experience was fine
This was my first time at an all inclusive resort so I don’t have much to compare it to. However, the room smelled stale. Mildewy, like the towels had sat in the washer too long before being put in the dryer. Same issue with the bed linen. It rly ruined the “luxurious” feel. Everything else was nice and enjoyable, but nothing spectacular.

Sep 28, 2024Only day two and what a disappointment!
Booked hotel online and emailed hotel to request a room close to lifts and the restaurants as I would be travelling with my mother who has mobility issues. I was told that this would be put in my notes but not 100% guaranteed as depends on availability. I also booked a room with two double beds. We checked in around 12.30 and was told there was no request on file and we had been allocated a king size bed! - Room allocated is quite a distance from restaurants. - Toilet not flushing in room maintenance came on three separate occasions to fix it but still not working. Asked to change rooms. Room is even further from the restaurants. It is very frustrating as I feel the hotel staff are not considerate of my Mum's mobility issues. - Went to reception to get my 'key' updated, receptionist gave me the wrong room number so I ended up entering someone else's room! - Hotel is billed as 'adults only' but I have seen lots of children in the pool! - Apparently there is works going on at the sister hotel so guests are using the buffet restaurant on the 'luxury' side which is causing massive queues for breakfast and dinner. This definitely hasn't been the adults only and luxury experience that I had hoped for. I am very disappointed.

Paradise!!! Best vacation in Jamaica
We had the most amazing time - if l could take ALL the staff home l would - incredibly helpful, kind, courteous, NOTHING was too much trouble, we will miss them. Booked with Tui, great flight, met at Mo Bay Airport for our 1 hour transfer all went smoothly. Check in was super quick, given wrist bands which is also a room key. Our room was fabulous, pool with a sea view and balcony, 26th block, 6th floor with an elevator. Mini bar restocked every day with soft drinks, water and beer. Food - what can l say, all SUPERB, every kind of Caribbean and European, the buffet had something for everyone, if you didn't like anything that's on you - this resort goes out of their way to accommodate along with several speciality restaurant. Entertainment available during the day and evening, all excellent. I would absolutely and without hesitation recommend this hotel, it's pure paradise and will be back next year, thank you to all for a truly magical holiday.

2 WEEKS OF PURE MAGIC
Where do we start 1st off all thankyou to reception for a gracious welcome,guest experience holly showing us to our room 27301 she was very informative, to the housekeeping for the hardworking in cleaning the room 10/10. The entertainment team thunda,crazy legs,doblin,briana,schnoya, Samonya,Andre 4000,tom cruise,dJ, what can I say these guys/girls worked so hard in day and night to entertain us, so I say take a bow you where brilliant. Restaurants where excellent,staff so polite, the towel guy at adult pool brilliant bloke, life guards good at there job in keeping us safe when thunder and lighting happened. The pool bar staff had us in stitches every day. The lobby bar staff where excellent especially kemisha this girl looked after us even when my wife wasn't well she went out of her way to make sure she was ok. Overall this holiday exceeded expectations We are definitely coming back YA MAN.
