Not a return visit anytime soon.

The hotel is just that a hotel instead of a resort. We specifically asked for centralized room for accessibility, reservation made under Mr and Mrs. We were given a room four buildings away from lobby and buffet. Our room initially was two doubles. Had issue with no hydro one night and front desk instead of bringing a new card to the room told me I had to go there. Asked them while I was there if this one didnt work then what, they said I would have to go back to get another one instead of them bringing one to my room. Spoke with Shane (manager) next day and he tried to make everything right. He was very attentive the rest of our visit. Koodos to him. At the main pool. Im 5ft tall and have had same pool floatie for many years. The lifeguard told me I was getting into it wrong. He is 6ft tall and he pounced into my floatie creating a leak in it. I left it on the floor deflated when we left. Just brutal. A la Cartes - Picasso not much selection. Ridizio was okay but service was weird. Everything came on large skewers and they brought each one to the table individually instead of a plated dinner. Had to ask for side dishes instead of full meal of meat. Did not try Thai/Indian. Beach didnt go to it but heard was rocky and water shoes are highly suggested. Evening shows do not start until 930pm Jamaica time. Lobby is nice but no air flow so very stagnate and trapped the humidity within. Met great people in pool of course. Probably will not return.

  Best honeymoon

Me and my husband stayed here last week for our honeymoon and wow, the hotel is beautiful so clean and decorated beautiful. Staff are so lovely here from bubbles at the clients help booking us our private dinner on the beach, Andre who served us our private dinner is such a well mannered young man he made us feel like royalty. Antonete doing the entertainment is a sweetheart! And the main thing for us was the coconut bar by the beach JULIET and D’ANDRE made us feel like family, we flew in from London and everyday we look forward to going to the beach and getting the best service and cocktails by them your hotel is so lucky to have them x

  4 out of 10

When we went to this holiday 09/21/26-09/28/26 half of the complex was closed off. In the time we were there our room was only cleaned 2 times even after putting the signage on the door to please clean the room. Our room was RIGHT BESIDE a major road so it was very noisy. We had to drive over an hour to get there from the airport, so if you decide to stay here please research the drive. The food was not good and the pool bar serves cheap liquor so the drinks were not very good. I do have to say that the lobby bar had really good drinks and the coffee amazing. The workers are so polite and very wonderful. The pool entertainment was GREAT they made the atmosphere fun and inviting. (I would like to remind everyone that they are paid poorly and they rely heavily on tips to survive). There was 5 lagoons that were horrible. half of the lagoon was sea grass and the other half was so rocky you couldn't enter. The beach had bags of sand laying around. There was never anyone at the ocean. This was a HUGE disappointment for us because we love going into the ocean that's why you go. Would I go back definitely not. I would give this vacation a 4 out of 10. I hope your stay is very different than ours.

  Loved It!!!!

First time in Jaimca & we had a blast. We had an oceanfront view with a balcony & it was absolutely rlgorgeous..The staff was very accommodating & ready to go that extra mile. The food was delicious & always appealing to the eye. My only complaints were the huge mosquitoes 🦟 that was invited in our rooms every night. I know when I return to bring my bug repellant ,peppermint oil & calamine lotion . Had staff to spray every night b4 we returned to our room.. Met alot of nice people also including staff

  Beautiful hotel very luxurious.

I cannot find anything negative abut this resort. The staff, the food at buffet and à la carte excellent. Grounds well maintained, good customer service, spacious room. Only drawback is the beach the water too shallow for swimming and some rocks and seaweed, the sand area is very small but sand is like powder and lounge chairs new and comfortable. Entertainers very good. The highlight of the show for me was the Bob Marley tribute.
