    Not a good choice… be smart and look other

    One star is more than what this place deserves Pictures are old do expect a low maintained one Tv did not work in the room Ac only feels if you are close to the unit Breakfast is limited and room dirty No information about things to do No management available Place under renovations or maintenance without any apology for inconvenience Unsafe location This is the worst street in Cartagena Full off vendors attacking you Including your own hotel staff shen walking in Want y to o enjoy more … stay away

    Poorly managed Pictures are old Is not safe and dirt And nobody cares to hel or find a solution Room door needed to be fixed two days in a raw and had to wait 15” while doing it The third day I had to leave I checked out and relocate to another hotel Tv did not work Pool useless Área unsafe And no assistance to know the area better Stay away if you want to enjoy your vacation

Merci, Fabien I had to cancel my reservation for 2 rooms mid march due to the Coronavirus crisis. I received an email from booking telling me that I should receive the reimbursement from the Hotel. After 2 months, I have not received my money back and the customer service of this hotel doesn't answer to my emails or phone calls. This hotel doesn't respect the conditions given by booking to their customers

    Great authentic experience

    Came to Cartagena for a wedding and found Boca Negra as a great alternative to overrated Ciudad amurallada. The hotel itself is full of character, very artistic and with local feeling but certainly it biggest asset is the staff. From the first breakfast we've entertained by Jesus who happens to know every River Plate (my football team) chanting by memory and is undoubtedly a charming Colombian. Also Arturo amazed us with his own signature drinks and knowledge of the surrounding areas. The girls are also very attentive so all in all we felt pampered by the staff. The rooms are full of morrow (which I love) and the A/C works great, something very important in the Caribbean. Food in the restaurant Cilantro is well presented and tasty too. Backdrop could be the size of the rooms and basin tap in the room that are very wrongly regulated. However when your human resources are so rich this is less than important. We would definitely come back
