    Do Not Stay Here

    Terrible food, had to go out for dinner every night. Expect to be up at 5pm for beach hut or pool chairs. Brown water dripping on food buffet. Requested 2beds could not accommodate

    Thank you to Liza in the dinning hall. Her service was above and beyond. I love Barcelo when I come to Aruba and its the best way to celebrate a holiday.

    Barceló honeymoon

    Daniel, Angelo, and Belinda helped make this the most unforgettable vacation we’ve ever had. The First Club concierge team and the bartenders created a smooth, stress-free honeymoon from start to finish. We felt genuinely cared for every moment—not just by familiar faces, but by some of the kindest people we’ve ever met.

    A Honeymoon at the Barceló

    The entire staff in the First Club Concierge was phenomenal all week and provided exquisite service. Belinda, Marolyn, and Ivette in the first club concierge were so helpful and truly helped to make our life easier. Daniel and Angela, the First Club bartenders had such great personalities and provided so many delicious drinks with great customer service as well. Me and my wife have such high regards for all of the staff here and recommend the to anyone that is looking for a great stay.

    Enjoyable resort with room for improvement

    The coffee machines were frequently out of service, and milk was exhausted very early during breakfast hours. This is not acceptable for a 4* resort. Food items in Palm Buffet would also get finished early, even though there was still lot of time left for breakfast. Italian restaurant had very limited vegetarian entree, although appetizers were good.
