  No se hicieron cargo de un robo

  Solo para que lo tomen en cuenta, se aprovechan de la posición de locales y buscan la manera de sigilosamente abrirte las maletas y robarte el efectivo que traigas, lo hacen poco tiempo antes de que te vayas para que legalmente no sea procedente pues ya estás a punto de salir, la directora no se hace responsable y las investigaciones parece no importarles del todo, si quieren evitarse una mala experiencia evítenlo a toda costa, es un fastidio saber que no hay nadie que vela por tus intereses tratando de pasar unas agradables vacaciones, jamás vuelvo a visitar este lugar. ———————————————————————— Just so you’re aware: the staff here take advantage of the fact that they are locals—they find ways to stealthily open your suitcases and steal any cash you might have. They do this shortly before you’re set to leave, making it practically impossible to pursue any formal action, as you’re already on your way out. The manager takes no responsibility, and they don’t seem to care about conducting any real investigation. If you want to avoid a bad experience, stay away at all costs. It’s incredibly frustrating to realize that there is no one looking out for your interests while you’re trying to enjoy a pleasant vacation. I will never visit this place again.

  First time at this resort. Tried about 10 other resorts in Punta Cana.

  Overall a good experience. The food was excellent and varied. The beach area is very nice and well maintained with chairs in good condition. Security seemed excellent, never had anyone approach us on the beach. Service is below the hotel 4.5 star rating. Some staff were not particularly friendly or helpful (especially at the Premium level). Delivery of supplies to the room was inconsistent. The room was very comfortable with good air conditioning. Rooms were cleaned very well but we had to ask the cleaning staff to close the room door when cleaning (mosquitoes and flies were let in on the first day). The golf course is very nice but the greens need to be worked on. The registration process for golf is too long and staff need to provide more information to first tome golfers.

  Still Great

  Just returned. Paid this resort another visit three years ago and it is still somewhere I would go back. It's an excellent value given the fact if you stay on the adult end, you have full access to the palace sister resort. There are many restaurants, many shops, activities had much to do. The only small decline we saw was a little bit in the maintenance department but I think this is typical for resorts with all the abuse they get day in and day out. These instances were minor. Many staff members super friendly but also a number that were indifferent and did not smile or interact. We did not encounter any rude staff. After two visits now I still feel like it is a great value and worth every penny that we spent. I would not hesitate to recommend.

  Unforgettable stay

  Amazing place. Comfortable and beautiful. Amazing costumer services specially from Elizabeth Rodriguez at Mamey bar next to the lobby of Only Adults.

  Excellent place to go

  Excellent place to vacation instead of me golfing I would like to sit around and enjoy the pool in the ocean the music and the people and learn a little bit more Spanish first time I was there in Punta Cana Palio hotel resort beach
