This was the most confusing and not for language barrier reasons. Everywhere in both the beach and the palace location was conflicting information, lack of signs, general rudeness and overall confusion.

Excellent and huge premises, the best beach i have seen in Punta cana. lots of restaurants and bars and entertainment was far far better than i have ever seen in the Caribbean especially in the Grand theater

Oct 06, 2026Pick another All Inclusive
We chose this property because our daughter in law had been 2 years ago and had a great experience, well 2 years have passed and this was a whole different experience. We stayed as a family of 5 for 5 days and each day we regretted that choice. From day 1 we were placed in a room that smelled like sewer, the amenity fridge was broken, open and emanating a strong smell of humidity. We asked to be changed and were kept in that same building but in a second floor. Our running water was BROWN, we called Guest Services and they indicated we should speak to Premier services...nothing was done, only an apology that they were working on pipes. Throughout our stay we had to opt out of showering at times because water kept running brown. We were woken up early every morning to the sounds of the people working speaking so loudly it felt like they were in our room. Our complaints were only addressed on the day we left, and at that they said they couldn't do much because we booked through Expedia. The food was mediocre at best, not what you expect for an all inclusive, there was no meal that stood out or tasted amazing...everything was just blah. We were given the wrong information for restaurant dress code and when we showed up at the French restaurant the men in our party had bermuda shorts on, so we were turned away, mind you the actual facilities of the restaurant are in shambles, the wallpaper is falling apart, the paint is chipped, baseboards are broken...I asked the hostess why we are being asked to dress up when the facilites are not at par...she said 'thats a good point please share with management'...overall no one took accountability - everything was directed to 'another department'...as guests the overall experience was awful, on the last day they gave a partial (very partial) credit to our room and covered our ride to the airport...and made us sign a statement that we accepted this as fair. All I can say is if you are looking to relax and enjoy a few days of good food and good service this is NOT the place for you.

Our trip was amazing! From start to finish, everything was smooth. We loved all the restaurants and all the entertainment. The staff were very friendly and eager to please... especially Alexander, Felix, Ramone, Oliver, and Wagner... we will definitely be back.

A big disappointment
Outdated room, clogged toilet, bathroom and shower over a tub worse than a motel. Dirty and broken shezlongs. Old discolored towers.
