Great resort staff
The Flo-rider was so much fun.....and the instructor Andres Moguel was amazing. My first time on the wave machine and he guided me through every step ,till by the end I was very comfortable surfing on my own!

The first three days was horrible trying to figure out why the rooms I had originally booked were changed when all I did was change the dates. It was just one thing after another that went wrong and when you would tell one person one thing it never gets told to the next person so you have to start all over explaining what was wrong. I spent most of my vacation up in the lobby. I have never had such a bad experience as I did this time I’ve been going to this hotel for the past 5 years. I’m not sure I will ever go back again but then again they might not want me to ever come back either.

Good hotel especially the rooms, beach and pools but many extra charges such as the ECO fees per person per night. Also, Bowling is extra, GO KART extra, SPA extra, and many other activities even for the premium booking level. I was surprised by all the extra charges considering that we booked the premium level and booked a lot $$ extra for it.

Great Holiday
The complex was lovely, the staff were brilliant a real asset to the Barcelo. The restaurants are good but the food in the self service restaurants could be better by changing the selection more often and replenishing the food more often.
