We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort! It is a large property with clean, well-maintained grounds and comfortable, spotless rooms. The food, drinks, and entertainment were all very good, and we especially enjoyed the convenience and quality of the room service. As an Expedia VIP member, we also enjoyed the VIP treatment, which made our stay even more special. Having access to the sister resorts was another great benefit, especially since they have larger pools. We also loved the complimentary Hydro Spa — it was a wonderful way to relax and unwind. A special thank you to the wonderful team members who made our stay truly memorable. Maria Jose and Brayan at Reception were always helpful and welcoming. Thank you to Adela for preparing our welcome drinks and starting our vacation on such a lovely note. At Cielito Lindo, a big thank you to Laura, the hostess, for helping us with our birthday cake request, and to Anahi, Judith, and Roberto, our waiter, for their attentive and friendly service. Thank you as well to Miguel at the spa for making our experience so enjoyable. At the Italian restaurant, we truly appreciated the excellent service from Jesús, our waiter, and Vianey, the hostess. It is the kindness and genuine care of staff members like these that make a vacation extra special. Thank you all for helping make our stay memorable. We look forward to returning!

Renewal of Wedding Vows -- Beautiful
Our group had 4 rooms booked, three of which were for repeat customers. 3 of 4 of the group that had been there previously this year were all upgrade to a Junior Suite or more! Have been coming to this resort for 20 years now and never dissapoints.

Estefani, Claudia, Alberto, Gabriel, Jessica, Viani and Jesus are all absolutely amazing. The entertainment was great and they are friendly and extremely kind. Absolutely amazing people!!

Barcelo Caribe
We stayed in the Barcelo Caribe and it was a wonderful experience. The place is clean and the people/workers and very polite and friendly. The entertainment team Stefanie, Claudia, Jessica, Gabrielle, Viani and Alberto was top notch! Will be visiting again in the future
