    Warm & Appreciative

    We had a wonderful experience at the Barceló Maya Caribe, and I want to give special recognition to the reception team—Giovanna, Hani’s, Tania, and Alyn. They went above and beyond to help me and my family with room rearrangements, handling everything in a super effective, smooth, and professional way. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable. Thanks to them, our stay started stress-free and on a great note. Truly outstanding service!

    Fantastic stay!!

    Everything about our stay was wonderful!!! The facilities are amazing and the staff are incredible!!! Estella at the pool bar is the best!! And Hanna and Fanny at the front desk were awesome!!

    Great atmosphere and exceptional service

    First time in Mexico for my husband and first time for me in over 30 years. Did they even have all-inclusives back then? Not to mention that this was the first big vacation my husband and I have ever taken in our 20+ years of marriage. It exceeded our expectations! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food ranged from decent to amazing. The beach was tidy, the water warm. And the service we got was fantastic. Big shout out to Estrella at the pool and Manny Jarquin at the Buffet. Edgar at the buffet also deserves a shout out. Five stars for all of them for making us feel so special.
