    Perfect Trip

    I’ve been to many resorts in Mexico over the years and Barceló Maya Caribe/Colonial is the best so far. First of all, the resort is huge but designed perfectly to move easily around the property. Even in the rain, there are many covered areas and walkways to enjoy yourself if the weather changes. The resort is very clean, well maintained, and all around beautiful. Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and always had plenty of chairs and space. The water was very clear and filled with fish if you like to snorkel. We really enjoyed the Pirates Island water park because of the flow rider. The staff members were extremely friendly and I wanted to thank Kevin who worked in the park. He helped me and my children learn to surf on the flow rider. His assistance was greatly appreciated. There are way too many positive aspects of this resort to list them all. I highly recommend Barceló.

    Food poisoning very sick still sick this week.

    The resort is huge a lot walking to everything. Spa was great room service was good got food poisoning last day there. Not cool still sick this week.

    BARCELO ANOTHER GREAT STAY !!!!!!!

    BARCELO is GREAT!...this prob our 12+ Barcelo trip so far....always good...this trip they upgraded us to a Caribe Premier swim up room!!..WOW!...its beautiful !...plus we also got to book our dinner nights!!...Jacquline at the Caribe Premier check in was so nice and helpful !!...the bell boys were also just great and took care of our luggage immediately ...my correspondence with Alberto Bustos was very professional and helpful as well. Would like to say also that Daniel Gomez ,our waiter each morning...and Hassim Viana Jimenez the main manager were very helpful and enjoyable!!...the grounds and pools are maintained and very pretty!!...all of the Caribe workers we've ran across have been just great attitudes and helpful !!..today is our last day here at the Caribe..but...we booked 5 more days at the Barcelo Adult Only !!...more to come!!

    Amazing anniversary!

    We spent lovely time in Barcelo Maya Caribe, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. I am a disable person and received great help with accomodation of my needs from Evelyn Salazar. She is wonderful person, who made sure we had everything that we need, so our stay was pleasant and we could focus on having great time, not on my disability. True a lovely big hearted woman, deserving praise. Looking forward to book another stay in this fine place! Thank you, Evelyn!
