    Excellent Vacation

    Barceló Maya Resort is breathtaking. We stayed at the Palace and the grounds were beautiful, the pools so clean and the beach pristine. Very relaxing. Staff were always friendly and accommodating and the food was great.

    Definite decline during low season

    Just because it’s low season definitely doesn’t make room upgrade availability decline. The buffets were not restocked well and had way fewer options than when it’s peak season. The double decker bus was horrible only running one bus Strikers never hardly restocked buffet with no options Never was able to even get a burger or hotdog and was there like 5 times This is our 4th time staying at barcelo and maybe our last. Always loved it before but everything has declined this past trip

    Great vacation with family!

    Food are great especially Rodizio! Lots of food varieties and we did not got bored with the food. Even kid enjoyed the food. There are so many pools and the waterpark is close to the big pool so it is very convenient watching the kids.

    Excellent service at the Palace bars.

    My 13th visit to Barcelo Cancun. My wife and I have made it our annual vacation spot. One of the reasons we enjoy this resort so much is because of the employees Onorio Zamorono has become a very good friend of my wife and I. He's a bartender at the palace resort. He's always giving us excellence Service and he makes best alcoholic drinks.. I also had the pleasure of meeting Eduardo Cruz, another excellent bartender, and Miriam Balam and Perla. They are fantastic bartenders and always bring drinks to us at the pool when needed. I look forward to seeing you all in May 2026. Best regards, Manuel and Shawna Maldonado.

    My mom and I came To Barceló maya palace to celebrate both of our birthdays and we had a blast !! Everyone was amazing. Everado helped us make reservations to each restaurant we wanted to go to during our stay and he was exceptional, very kind and sweet. The picture below was given to my mom from the staff and we dearly appreciate it 🥰 ( i had Some to because it’s almost my birthday 🤪)
