We enjoyed our stay Very friendly people Food was above average Pools were large and clean Staff worked hard to keep beach clean, Even with all the seaweed they did good Rooms very clean They work hard to keep the resort clean Premium level is par, not sure if I would get it again, We get it at all the resorts we go to but we didn’t see the value The Show were good with great entertainers One improvement - cold water in our room the entire week, not even Luke warm, mentioned it to premium Desk, others got moved…. I guess we didn’t complain enough All in all it was still a great trip and the water issue wasn’t a deal breaker, more disappointed with the Premium desk

Great vacation
I went 9/19-9/26 and stayed in room 8105 the people who serviced the room were excellent mini bar filled they left fruit on my first night service was great. I enjoyed all the bartenders throughout the resort especially at the adult pool cello bar. The buffets were great always found something to eat and the servers were polite and helpful.look forward to return thanks for everything

Great time
Everything was absolutely perfect! The food was amazing—no matter what we tried, everything was delicious and excellent. The staff was wonderful, and the room service was excellent as well. Everything was truly perfect. There are honestly no words to describe how beautiful this place is. We had an amazing experience and enjoyed every moment! The only thing I would suggest is adding more nighttime activities for adults, especially around the pool. It would be really awesome to have some evening entertainment or activities by the pool. Other than that, everything was absolutely amazing! ❤️🌴✨
