    Best all inclusive resort in the Rivera maya

    The gym is very clean and had all new equipment. The classes were different every day. And the instructor was very helpful and knowledgeable My wife and I started every morning here at the sports center and had a great start to every day. The tennis courts were also in perfect condition.

    Felipe and Adrian were so fun and sweet! Best bartenders ever :). They kept surprising us with drinks because we had no clue what we wanted, and it all tasted amazing. They really made us feel welcome. Thank you so much for everything! You guys are wonderful!

    Nothing short of amazing

    Our stay at the Barcelo Maya Riviera was nothing short of amazing! We booked a premium oceanfront junior suite, and the experience was well worth it. Waking up to those breathtaking ocean views every morning was simply unforgettable. The premium package definitely added a layer of luxury to our stay—though I would recommend double-checking the inclusions to make sure you’re getting everything promised and seeing it for yourself. It just helps set expectations, and you'll know exactly what you're in for. We really enjoyed the Barcelo Spa’s hydrotherapy! We had a little health issue but it was resolved right away. Their onsite Dr. Claudia V was able to accommodate us in the middle of the night & she got us back to enjoying the rest of our trip! As for the food, we were more than impressed. Every meal was a delight, but if you stay here, you must try the teppanyaki! It was easily one of the best dining experiences we had. The flavors were spot-on, and the whole dining atmosphere was fun and lively. I also want to give a special shout-out to Gabriel Kanxoc, the bartender who truly elevated our experience. Gabriel was incredibly hospitable, always serving with a smile and making sure everyone was well taken care of. His friendliness and genuine nature made our evenings at the bar so much more enjoyable. If you have the pleasure of being served by him, make sure he gets the recognition and tips he deserves for his excellent service! All in all, Barcelo Maya Riviera delivered on everything we hoped for in a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in paradise! 🌊🍹

    Unpleasant experience

    Staff wasn’t the best, resort is beautiful. Just wish the food quality was better and they’re was more/ better entertainment throughout the day and night time.
