    THE PARADAISE AT RIVIERA MAYA

    Excellent property, peaceful and with the options to visit other sisters resorts walking distance, you never will be bored in that property.

    Great pool bar!

    Amazing service at the pool bar. Carlos and Ahommy can make you whatever you like. They made some drinks we have never tried.

    Over and above

    We have vacationed at the Barcelo Maya regularly over the years and had nothing but great experiences at the Palace and Riviera. This visit we had a customer service experience that was over and above anything we've encountered. Every morning we'd eat breakfast at the buffet and being the creatures of habit that we are, we'd sit in the same section daily. Our waiter was always Yoandro Ek. By day three he knew what we wanted and would bring our coffee/juice, etc without us having to ask. My wife's coffee is of paramount importance to her. We stop at the Chedraui on our way to the resort for hazelnut creamer, her favorite, and we get a couple of boxes. On this trip, we introduced our friends to this resort because they had never been and we rave about it all the time. The woman we were with asked if she could have some of our cream and of course my wife obliged. Unfortunately this caused us to run out by day 4. When Youandro came to the table, he asked where my wife's creamer was. She told him we had run out. The next morning, we sat for breakfast, Yoandro came to our table and put two brand new boxes of my wife's favorite creamer next to her coffee. He had gone out, on his own time and dime and got them for her. He asked for nothing in return. We were blown away! I couldn't let this go unrewarded so I tipped him well and wrote this review to let others know the type of experience you can receive at this fantastic property! We and our friends will definitely be back! Thank you, Barcelo!

    Carlos Lopez and Elena Gutierrez at the music bar were awesome! The drinks were on Point. You must see them when you visit.

    Barcelo All-Inclusive ADULTS ONLY

    We loved every minute of our stay at Barcelo. The service was amazing. The food was great! Most of all, the pool and bars were outstanding! SO relaxing and wonderful! If you are worried about the cleanliness of your stay, look no further, because this place is so clean and beautiful. If you are worried about not having enough to eat or drink, don't look further, because this place has got you! If I had to plan again, I would choose this every time. My honeymoon was romantic, beautiful, relaxing, and perfect.
